"Customers shopping on Transcy may be able to view the tags you've added to their customer account" this was the app breaking situation for us. Potential leak of private, internal tags we have here and all we got from the support was "don't worry, This is the necessary information that the app needs to operate at its best" Why? Nobody has explained. The app itself is great but no go for me, as we could not sort this out. Don't put any private tags because your clients will potentially see it.

When I started one of these standard chat-logs in the new app I could never expected to receive that kind of customer service - everything was very professional and helpful from start to the end. Love this app for translating our Shopify store, especially the custom liquid sections—it’s a game changer. Wishing we could tweak the custom sections ourselves down the line, but for now, Transcy’s nailing it with the auto-translate feature, something we missed in Shopify’s own Translate & Adapt app. Big thanks to their support team—Cris, Giselle, Polaris, & Bo—you folks are awesome! Got our language switcher looking sharp in the footer and blending in seamlessly with our theme. Really appreciate the help!

App non male. Le traduzioni son comunque da controllare perche a volte son sbagliate, ma sono una buona base di partenza. Abbastanza veloce ed intuitivo. Assistenza mi ha aiutato velocemente quando ho avuto bisogno. Molte funzionalità sono a pagamento extra, o ti chiedono di aderire a piano piu costoso. Alla lunga forse un po caro.
