I am very happy! The fact there's an onboarding team makes the world of difference. Everything in my store is being updated and I am really impressed with the efficiency. The currency and language switcher itself is very clean and I like the look when it is placed on the site. My site is very fast even with the plugin translation.

I couldn't write proper sentences because I was not good at English, but the customer service response ability was very good. I am so happy that the unresolved functions are resolved at once, and I have a desire to use the Transcy app more. I love you

Ho provato svariate app per tradurre il mio negozio e questo ha fatto al caso mio. Inizialmente ho avuto un problemi per colpa di altre app che avevo installato e disinstallato, ma con Transcy e pochi clic (e piccoli aggiustamenti di traduzione) ho reso contenti molti dei miei clienti all'estero!

This app is amazing!! The translation is really really good. You don't have to edit anything. I had some issues with currency but the Support is amazing and super helpful. They replied within 5 minutes and were able to fix and help me out with everything.

Now this is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a translation app. Translated my content and allowed me to edit the automated translation in HTML. This allowed me to replace the iFrame src so that my videos would show up in the correct language. Had tried the other "more popular" FREE translation apps but none are comparable to this one. Very easy to use also. Many thanks to the developers.

We used this app to translate one e-shop to Greek. It worked pretty well although there were issues and bugs. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is the amazing 24/7 support! They reply almost instantly in the chat & provide fixes - even code updates pretty fast! It also has a free trial to find out whether it suits your needs - so I recommend trying it out!
