Excellent support! There was a little bug initially where in the midst of embedding the app onto my header that I wasn't able to change the language back to English. Had a bit of panic, but was resolved eventually. Thumbs up!

I used this app to help me translate my store to Spanish. I chatted with Andy and he was wonderful and very prompt! Once he gave me directions I was able to install the app quickly.

Amazing and much better than expected. Translations seem trustworthy and required only very little language polishing - which can be undertaken easily afterwards. Very helpful and friendly support.

I used this app to help me to translate the language of my page. The staff are really helpful and fast responding.

Works well and fairly good support, but the supporters are not technical so they are just the first layer and often they'll ask the dev team review issues. Main issue is when it translates elements on the site which it shouldn't such as sizes, etc.

I am located in the US, but if I want the flag to appear, the British flag appears with the US lag and it cannot be changed. I do not like that, but customer service was very helpful. The currency info seems to work as desired.

Excellent for app for your audience from different language. You can use it free of cost for one language! And they help you go through whole process of installation and set up themselves - makes it so easy to use

Getting a few errors and bugs sometimes, but the customer service is awesome and they are very helpful and gets my problems solved.

I like the app, I only find one small problem, not being able to customize the translation for certain words that suit a certain country.
