Great app! I love the simple UI with the powerful tools and features! I have tested many others, but I can truly say, this did the job and more, even thought me some feature I didn't realized I want until I found theme here. the support theme is always there, no matter what time and how every simple and stupid or complex my quasion was, they are there, with screen shots to help me understand the issue and how to fix it or even fix it themself. if I can give them more than five star, I will. good job guys.

Had some problems On our end with translation the full store. The only thing you need at that point is VERY good support who helps you achieving the goal you need. Polaris was an amazing support!

STAY AWAY. Pick an Actual Translator App that actually works! Completely broke my websites structure, and EFFECTIVELY DESTROYED MY STORE. I made a yearly subscription, and this shitty app with lazy dev just completed WRACKED my store. The app is totally, NOT useable. Every 1 Star Review You Read Here Is TRUE. I Met the EXACT SAME ISSUE PEOPLE REPORT 1 YEAR AGO, AND THEY NEVER FIX IT. This speaks volume about how shitty this app is, and they will NOT Fix it Whatever. Doubt any of the 5 Star review is true or faked.

Mi ha tradotto male le taglie delle Tshirt, cambiando il significato, ho spiegato a loro il problema con un video e Giselle me lo ha aggiustato in poco tempo. The worst application, two days trying to make it work and nothing. Frustrating and unnecessary work. The cheaper apps are just as good, if not better, than what is offered here. Not satisfied at all, and I do not recommend it.

Had some minor issues with the app and then contacted their support and Polaris was extremely fast on fixing the problem and keeping me updated about it. I'm very pleased with their service and the actual app does translate very well ! I'd recommend in a heartbeat
