Set up was a breeze! Neville was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We are located in Miami, Florida and most of our clients are Spanish speaking only and Neville literally held us by the hand and set us up perfectly. Everything looks great on our site. Amazing amazing support! Where to start... I had many questions and problems with my old translation app. So I was searching for an app with more control over my translations, and without so many restrictions (word count, hidden costs etc.). Pauline from support is fantastic! She helped me with all my problems and concerns and she is such a nice person! She went beyond the normal support and provided extra tips too! Thank you so much! I'm a happy customer!

To be honest I'm not reviewing the app but support from Shen. Her support was excellent and she really put a lot of time into setting it up for me. I'm not revieweing the app yet because I haven't really had anytime to test it. I would have given Shen 5 stars for her work but I do not like being pushed to write reviews. That's one star she's not getting but her support was really great.

Just used to translate a new store; fast support with theme issues and easy quick option, great 10/10

Jennifer from support is really slow. I have asked to connect with another agent, but nothing happens. Translation doesn't work properly on mobile pages, but I can't find help for this. And all the problem is not over here. Today I am dealing with Johnson from support. I have site speed decreased from 77 to 49. And all the language selections are messed up.

Very easy and simple to set up. In 1 hour I had everything running perfectly. The customer service is above and beyond. Fantastic little app. Well done!
