WAIT WAIT WAIT! I was looking for a tracking app that allows my customers to see where their package is without ask me and redirect them to 17track (awful site full of ads and NOT responsive). I installed and tried almost all the apps on the marketplace and this is ABSOLUTELY the best so far. Result: I decreased custumers email by 70%, Unbelievable! PRO: -Excellent design, clean and very responsive -Support is great, I asked to add my customers' local language and they did in 2 weeks (I understand it's not easy) -You can hide chinese location and couriers until the Western destination (THIS IS THE BIGGEST PRO EVER) -You can add custom text explaining customers delivery time ecc -You can send automated emails once the shipping status change. This will save you lot of customer service time to dedicate to the business -It's very cheap and affordable for everyone CONS: The only cons I found after 2.5 weeks is the regret of not founding it before. My rate is 10/10

I use this application to have a very attractive tracking page within my site vs having my customers go to our couriers site which is lackluster. The App support team are excellent and the application is so easy to use and setup.

Like the app design and concept but felt that it could be better if the tracking provided images of our shipped products for a much better customer visualization and experience. Would be even more perfect if the email template could be customisable such that we could include our shop logo in email notifications as well as auto-inclusion of shipped product images and perhaps a test email function so we could see how customers would receive our emails.

The app is ok. Could be much better, the graphics are not very polished and the ability to use the store's fonts is a must. Also tracking for older orders. How does the notification emails for customers look like? Show us and let us customize them.

The support is second to none. Trackr's app developers will go above and beyond to make extensive (and meticulous) customizations so that this app integrates seamlessly with any theme. (I have now used this for many sites and each time am amazed by the level of support). The app is a wonderful feature to have on a site as it allows all customers –including those who have not set up an account– to easily track their packages... a great customer service feature to have but also one that pulls people in back on to your site! This app was working fine on my shop and after a few months stop working now is saying orders not found, I try contacting support but not help from them at all.
