Great customer Service. 100 times better than aftership.

Great app and looks really professional, however I would suggest that a loading symbol is added whilst the current tracking status is loading. Otherwise it comes up as pending and customers who ordered a while ago get angry because they don't realise that they have to wait for the tracking to update. Once this is done, it will definitely be a 5 star app!

Trackr is working so well. The support is great after the installation. It didn't work properly at the beginning. The support reacted so fast and trying so hard to make the app work on my website.

Not only is Trackr great (as are their other apps) but customer support is fast and super helpful, even for someone who can't figure out basics. I'm so glad I got this app for my store.

Charged me $18 for having the app for no more than 10 minutes. Was promised a refund over a week ago and still not had anything. Doesn't work anyway. Prefer Tracktor

Good price for such a service. A lot of carriers are tracked. Will do a test run but for now looks legit!

Your App Disable Twice on me already, I guarantee it won't happen again, deleting.

Horrible. Doesn't work and no one to ask for help. Tried many different instructions, researched all the carriers and added them to the list and still nothing. Don't bother with this one.

i used to had access to lots of options of customizations. now all i can do is translate the app. lame!

If you're using e-packet or China EMS you will get many many expired tracking numbers with this system. We've gotten many chargebacks simply because the tracking doesn't update properly. Would recommend Tracktor since so far our expired tracking issues have been resolved.

This app is still in testing phase. Doesn't work properly and there isn't any support at all.
