Great app and great customer support team.

I've have been using this for about a month - I switched from Olark which is highly regarded but it didn't have a mobile feature. So unless I was sitting down in front of my laptop I could only get emails from our customers - which is sucky customer service. The set up was easy however when I updated the iOS on my phone the mobile chat feature did not work if not in wifi (which I am generally not). So I was stuck again forced to sit in front of a screen to do CS.

Really enjoying using the app! So far so good!

Customers can't see what they are typing into the chat box on iOS mobile, either in portrait or landscape views. Support informed me that the issue was known to it's developers and that they were working on it, but that there was no ETA for a fix. Most of my customers use their mobiles on my site, the app not functioning correctly on mobile is a deal breaker for me.

This is an awesome app that has basic chat features even on the free plan!

Very disappointed in the latest update. iOS users are unable to stay logged into the chat or network communication issues. Switching to a new live chat application.

Such a great app! Way better than one of those Facebook messenger apps I've tried. This looks and works very professionally and also has a mobile and desktop app so you can interact easily.

I highly recommend this app! It solves you customer service problems. I started using Tidio Chat a week ago for my website and I can say I'm so excited to find out about it. It's so convenient, it allows my customers to message me 24/7, I get to fix problems and answer their questions easily and quickly. I also like the fact that it tells me how many visitors from which countries are on my website, and on what page. I downloaded both the app for mac and my iPhone and both works perfectly. Great Job Tidio Team!

Works very seamlessly. I like the automation options and the ability to get a Pop Up on my screen when I have a new site visitor. The mobile app is good but I've not had the opportunity to use it for a true chat just yet.
