Kamil from Tidio was so helpful. He was able to get all the answers to my question. I have used a few other chat apps, and to be honest the customer service for Tidio is by far the best. It truly has a lot of the features I was looking for. However there are a few things I wish the app had. For example auto translated from customers around the world. Also response names, though I have been using Textexpander so it is no longer an issue. Still getting a feel for the platform, however so far I think it is pretty easy to use. Plus the way it pops up on the site is so easy for our customers to reach out to us =)

Blocks the checkout button on ajax cart. loss of sales incurred. make sure to test your checkout before leaving it to run.

i have tried many live chats out there but this i must say this has the best user experience and very simple dashboard. I had a problem with the installation and the team did everything they can to solve it and indeed they did. Fantastic support and fantastic app. There is no other free app that offers this level of service. Facebook offers live chat but its restricted to facebook users only. then you get the other ones that claim to be free and you install it and find it out its not free and restricted to a number of chats. This app really broadens the whole scope and they even have automated messages for users that enter a site and leave the site. Well done developers.

You now have to pay to see who is on your website "in real time"??? Isn't this the main feature of any chat app??? This was and should be a free feature. Poor business ethics to have your hands out for money all of the time. You just lost a customer. Moving on to a new chat app. Good Bye!

Amazing app! Really easy to setup and very intuitive. I was able to chat (of course!) with Tidio and they were able to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction with further customizations I wanted. Highly recommend it.

A very good app that matches the needs of our start-up! Whether you take the free or premium version, it has very interesting features and you're not really limited in your communication with visitors. Plus, they have a great support team, very reactive! I recommend ! :)

I havent tried the app software as i just installed it but customer service is awesome. I hope that the software is as great as there customer service.
