Great chat app... I'd add in a few extra stars if I could!

This is a must have the app, Tidio is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. Amazing app. It is really easy to configure it and offers an excellent free plan. If you want a quality live chat, you need this one in your store.

Installed the app months ago. We had to halt production of our website while figuring out the best approach to continue for our company. We came back and our trial had ended spoke with the support team and they extended the trial for us. Instant reply when I asked my question and the backends UI is amazing and straightforward very professional group from my first impressions. Think this app is going to help us a ton with communicating with our customers while they are on our website.

We love the app. It works perfectly for us. Customer support is also very friendly and helpful.

Love the app, seamless integration and works great! I'll throw out some constructive criticism as a consumer as well as a seller. I would love to see some sort of minimize or auto-hide functionality for the text bubble that pops up next to the circle in the corner. It would allow clearer browsing of the website if the consumer chooses. Currently I don't have any text in that field as I prefer not having the bubble but if there was this increased functionality i'd totally bring it back. Thanks for all your work developing. Excellent tool. Easy to install and operate great with quite a few useful options. Really satisfied. One improvement that would be helpful is to allow the chat icon to be moved from its default position on the page by the user (particularly when it overlaps other page content).

It is good experience using this 3rd party app for my store. Support center is really responsive and supportive. I really recommend people use this app.

I have loved it so far honestly.

Can't believe how good this is for free! I worked for a large company before launching this Shopify store and they were spending thousands for the functionality you get here for free!

I needed some help in setting up a couple of chat automations and found Martin really helpful. He was quick & efficient in sorting out my query. This app has helped my website & I would recommend it to other businesses.
