A great app and their support is excellent. Would definitely recommend as it's very easy to use and excellent how it integrates with Facebook messenger and has the phone app. A no brainer!!

I love Tidio Chat. I use it on two different stores, and couldn't be happier with the product, customizable features, and the customer service of the staff running the app. I do however have a request that there be an integration made between Tidio and Slack. That would be amazing, seriously!

So far I am very happy. I wanted a very simple to use LIVE Chat module to provide instant help to any visitors online. I am sure we will begin to use all of the available features as time goes on. But for now just having a very simple but effective chat program at a very good price is great for us. Thank you!

Fantastic. Does exactly what it's supposed to. Took less than 2 minutes to set up, and the support via chat (lol) is fantastic. We're knew to Live Chat; this is making it very efficient and easy for us.

Works perfectly fine for me. I'm not sure if the program drops visitors slowly or if people just keep my site up, but my chat board can keep the same visitors on it for some time. Their online chat support is fantastic. I've used it a few times & they are always right there to answer any questions. Very polite & they know what they are doing.

Cool idea, but seems a bit buggy, should be an awesome app when they fix the bugs though.

Easy integration, looks great on site and customer service is excellent. Give this app a try!

So far impressed with both function and prompt, helpful support setting up.
