We switched from tidio back to another more expensive solution. But after a few months we noticed that less people used the chat so we switched back to tidio. We ran into some problems when they updated the interface (it was loading 2 times, both the new and the old interface due to the re-install). Contacted Tidio, and it was solved within 2 minutes. Great customer service, great app!

I've only just installed the tool for my Shopify website, but their help has been incredible! They reply back immediately! Love how the chat looks on my website, it's really clean yet you can customise it to your brand's colours.

I wish i could give it a 5 star.. we have no ideal when customers are needing assistance.. they are leaving messages that are no where to be find on email or app. How do we interact with customers.. there must beca different version everyone is using. I linked messager to see their concern but nothing is coming through.

I was having trouble transferring the ownership of the account. Arek from Tido was great! He walked me through everything and stayed with me until it was 100% complete. I am one happy customer!

I have tested it for a while and it deliver on its promise. Simple to set up. Easy to use. And customers really want to chat, you can increase your sale with Tidio. And customer service is just one chat away.

Used this for quite a while and worked well. I got notifications on my mobile too which was very helpful. Its got a user friendly interface and easy to set up in minutes. The support on this app (even on a free version) is superb! Keep up the great work guys!

I had to copy and paste a code by myself and it was really scary because I don't know anything about coding but Kamil and Jerry the support guys are patient and I ended up pasting it properly. and tidio has my full support. 11/10 they answered every question I had.
