Have been using Tidio Live Chat App for a little over 2 weeks now and can safely say this is the best Live Chat App out there and every website should have this installed. Best thing about it is you can manage Live Chats wherever you go and their user interface is the easiest to use out of all Live Chats. Its simple smart and great to use.

This app is great, and the free version works fine. The customer service is good as well. Once my sales hit a certain point, I'm going to upgrade to their paid service.

I have just set up this app and was surprised at what it can do to support my business. I had one issue which I created when I first started. I contacted support and Rafal was online at once and provided the solution for me. So far I like what I am testing.

I was getting a lot of visitors to my site but conversions were low. I wanted to see if adding a chat feature + bots would help. It did! I've saved several abandon carts already by being able to communicate directly with potential customers at the point of sale. Plus Tidio's customer service is top notch - not surprsingly their chat feature works really, really well. Highly recommend!

Defaulted to paid plan. Lucky I saw it and downgraded myself to free. I wonder if I am going to get charged if I didn't see it. ======== Update: I was not charged. Olek Potrykus from customer service contacted me through email and after several round of replies I understood that they do not have anything like a defaulted to a paid plan (though I saw it in the app. If I ever see it again I'll probably show it) and there will be a screen that gives the user a choice to continue on the paid plan or continue as basic. So in the end, everything is as normal! Thank you Olek!
