i Haved looked for like 8 month for a system like this its so awsome and it can map evry inventory and price file you might have even from a link or a mail it have make my dropshipping with my own distrubitors Much easeyer i love this app and hope it will work smoothly

We use stock-sync across several stores to bulk import new products and run overnight updates including inventory, price, deactivation and information updates from our legacy accounting system and ftp drive. Whole process is automated and runs efficiently each night. Support team is really helpful and efficient. Love Stock Sync!

Stock Sync is an excellent and the customer service is great. It is very helpful in keeping our inventory up to date from our suppliers. Definitely recommend it.

We needed something to pull stock data from an FTP server on a regular basis and this app not only the easiest to set up but it remains to be the most reliable, affordable, accurate option available. Stock Sync is the back bone of my business. Directtoolsource.com we have daily/hourly feeds that pull data from multiple sources to keep our 29k SKU inventory numbers correct across all selling platforms. The hours needed to facilitate what Stock Sync does for me saved exponential payroll and a monotonous task of updating. Also we have added feeds to allow for catalog expansion and reductions, product pricing changes can be made in meir seconds, along with packaging and weight data to allow for proper shipping calculations in other softwares. All around the best bang for the buck! 10 stars if we could! Keep up the hard work

Very helpful app with many functionalities which automates many things. I have been using it for almost 6 months now and I am very happy with it. it does what it says. The customer service is awesome too. i have had a few issues and they were very helpful and quick to answer. My store diariesofparis.com loves this app.

Stock Sync does what the name says. I could not have the success I am having with building my site without the use of this app. They have been responsive to any problems I have had.

Customer service was great. We had a problem that stripped all of our shipping weights and Jor was very helpful in fixing the problem.

Updated Review: I have been using the app daily since September '19 and only one time was there a need to contact support... I had an issue uploading a .csv and contacted StockSync (on a weekend btw) and they got back to me in a very timely manner, and saw the issue thru until it was fixed. They also come across as very personable - and for that I am grateful! Sep 2019 - I'm still testing this app during my trial period, though so far this is the only app that has fixed an inventory issue that I have had for 2 months. A distributor I use sends out a 3x daily csv in a format that even the Shopify Customer Reps were kinda confused by. I plugged it into this app and it automatically knew what to do. As far as I can tell, its working seamlessly. The service Rep for Stock Sync (Odamae) has been very responsive and ready to help, although I had already set it up correctly without knowing it. P.S. - There is another app in the Shopify App Store that has the same or similar functionality to this app, and they wanted A LOT of money to "customize" code to fit my need, and double the monthly price. In these days of lousy customer service, Stock Sync always gets back to me when I send them an email. As I am setting up my drop-ship business, they went out of their way to fix an issue in the way I wanted, versus just thinking about their business first. Call them!

I'm convinced these reviews are fake. I spent nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth with support simply asking how to link products properly on what should have been a simple integration to my Shopify store. I was attempting to link my products to download for dropshipping and the app completely messed up my products switching hundreds of product names, prices, descriptions and inventory numbers. I didn't even upload anything to my website! I simply attempted to make a file of products to export from the extremely thin explanation. I had no idea that simply trying to import products to the app could result in such a mess. I made the mistake of not backing up for 2 months so now I have to go through hundreds of products manually and check and fix everything and physically recount all of my inventory. Maybe this is different for uploading products for drop shippers, but to download to share, beyond a waste of time!

Easy to use product and incredible customer service. I sent an email at 9 PM on a Sunday night and received a response with the fix within 10 minutes. AMAZING!

I have recently installed this App and I quite impressed with the Apps capability and the professional support behind it. I highly recommend for anyone considering an inventory update App on the Shopify platform.

I found it really easy to set up the feeds and use the filter system. Jor in support was incredibly helpful with answering my questions and helping me with the first feed to get me started. Extremely quick and thorough responses from the support team. It would be useful and less time consuming if you didnt have to setup 3 feeds for each supplier (add products / remove products / update products), but I guess you only have to do it once so I can't complain too much! I would also find it beneficial if there were monthly subscriptions that included a certain number of credits, just so you don't have to remember to add them 5 stars for being easy to use, with excellent support.

It is easy to set-up and it works as expected. The logs are informative and comprehensive. Great for heavy lifting.
