I had been struggling for months attempting to sync my suppliers product feed into my platform, to such a point were I had given up all hope. That's until I came across Stock Sync. I had initial setup issues, once I emailed the support team they had my feed running in less than 24 Hours. Super human support team who goes above and beyond. To sum up, they are truly fantastic. Well done and keep up the great work! Its a real game changer!

Setup was simple. They already had our supplier in the app so it was even easier to configure it. I simply added the new Setup Feed and started the sync and away it went updating all of the correct inventory with the latest numbers. Amazingly smooth and flawless operation. Thanks so much for your wonderful product. ------------------------------------------- A year or two later, they still sync with our supplier amazingly and their support has been wonderful with helping out with the simple little steps and mishaps that I sometimes cause. They are so great to work with. Can't wait to see what other platforms they are available on in the near future as well.

Installed app two days ago. Contacted support for assistance in setting up an automated file feed. Support was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to help. They saved me tons and tons of learning curve time. This is new so I will comment on effectiveness of the app after actual results - but for now - if the app works as well as the support is responsive - I would highly recommend. I have had this app running now for over a month. Every type of feed I have attempted to setup or have come across, this app has handled with no issues at all. The support is extremely responsive, timely and very helpful. Every time I have contacted support with a question or something I did not understand, they helped me resolve it within one day or less. This app has saved me so much time and automated all of my inventory updates. I strongly, strongly recommend this app and this support team if you are having issues keeping inventory quantities, pricing or other data updated accurately from any suppliers you are using.

I’m still trying to understand this system, i recently downloaded this app from my Shopify platform. The customer support team is super helpful and resourceful. I can tell that they value their customers. I’m hoping to gain more understanding on how to work a system like this. I’m a fairly new e-commerce business owner so I have little to no technical programming skills. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with this platform for Integrations and automations.

It pulls the information through without giving a error which is great. I am struggling to get the correct data to pull through onto my business page engen-gc-gypsey-shopify. once stock items have been uploaded it doesn't refelect the product name (header) on column A, product price column .

OK So yesterday (some of you might have seen it) I wrote a fairly scathing review on this app, and how it doesn't do what it says on the tin, But, I have had to do a complete 180 on that review and promptly deleted. When the guys @ StockSync saw my review over night (UK TZ here) they sent me probably 2 or 3 emails with questions, and ideas, it was seen that there had been a change in format from my suppliers feed that was causing their software to glytch, their software guys quickly re-wrote the feed and bingo up and working . through out today i have been testing it and still had issues, but they were always VERY VERY quick to respond to my questions, and as of about 30 minutes ago all my products are now live in store, Yes i still have some issues but thats more to do with my supplier and their titles but this is something i can work and no issue from StockSync. So i have no doubt to recommend this , and dont do what i did and whine about the software, contact their support they have been fantastic with me (which is more than can be said for a similar app that hasn't even responded to a direct question 48hours after asking) So defo 5* from me, and have no fears when you use this software, now im off to buy a monthly sub from them. Thanks guys :D

Will make a big difference to the amount of time saved in manually updating Xero and Shopify. Helpful advisors made it a smooth process in getting this up and running.

Thanks for the amazing app. We can adding 7000+ variation and sencronize stock greatfuly. As long as we have a store, we will continue to work with stock sync.

The app works, it is a bit slow but it works. We had a few misunderstandings with support at first, but after that it worked out very well. The app is really helpful!
