Ridiculously confusing to set up. Not user friendly in any way. Video tutorials barely helped. Had to delete after 20 mins of confusion.

I had recently realized that my SKU's that started with a "zero" were not updating correctly. I notified the Stock Sync support team and they were able to fix the issue immediately. This app is great and really saves a lot of time.

Great app! We are using it to mass upload inventory and keep online quantities synced with our physical location. Great support as well, the stock sync team has been extremely helpful!

Most Useful App I have installed for my business - i stock thousands of rugs in many sizes, common in the industry not all are always available instead of letting customers down - i know have it auto sync inventory units from the suppliers via drop box every day. absolute game changer. struggled with one feed but Jor was top class in setting it up for me. 5 stars and recommend to everyone. some may think apps that do all the glam stuff are more important but for me having correct stock levels is a game changer. I fail to see how anyone can give this app less than 5 stars??? it promises to sync you stock..and does so via any medium you could wish for! job done.

This app is a game changer for my business, I no longer have to panic when i receive a large order wondering if my inventory numbers are in line with my suppliers availability. It does everything i hoped for! I am a smart cookie but when it comes to mapping etc I am out of my realm, the customer support I received from Stock Sync is the absolute best. Raj spent several days emailing with me, setting up my feeds and listening to my many questions. I would recommend this app to everyone!

We have in excess of 4000 skus that require updating daily, this app saves me a lot of time and support is really good.

Wish I had learnt this app a long time ago. I've been download and uploading Shopify files for too long. Stock Sync is life changing.

Customer service is phenomenal. All of my questions were answered quickly. If a solution was not straightforward on my end they were able to help resolve the issue on their side.

I seriously love this app. Running a small business alone is not easy and very time consuming so not having to worry about whether a product is in stock or not really helps me sleep at night. The only thing I suggest is contacting the customer support directly because its a lot quicker that way.

I was running my website uploading the csv and stock manually, which was really time consuming and very inefficient. In only one day and in the trial version, the Stock Sync support team (Raj) have helped me to automate EVERYTHING! It was really amazing, I'm really recommending them for any shop, they know their stuff. Is not only they did everything themselves, but they also taught (and still teaching) me how to do it. Amazing app. It took all the anxiety out of updating the inventory manually and risk overselling items that were out of stock. Now with just a push of a button it all syncs across all channels. You guys are god sent. Best of luck. Highly recommend.

I tried this app for synchronization between my webstore and my dropshipper. I needed an API connection between my shop and the supplier, I didn't have enough knowledge how to do that so I asked the support team, they helped me of course!
