Three days and no response from support. 1st support question was answered in about 12 hours, 2nd is in limbo and we cannot get our products straightened out until they respond. Very frustrating! UPDATE: Just responded after 4 days, but still can't get resolved, saw support ran an import session at 9:30am this morning, its now 7:30 PM, and did not get an update. I'll re-rate the support, but waiting for resolution. UPDATE: they say they completed the modifications and ran the products again, but still plagued with duplicates. No way to reach them thus far (Monday no less). Not Happy with the support for this App at all!

I used the help team to set up my stock feeds, they were very helpful and !walked me through the process until I was comfortable that I was set up correctly, thanks

This is my favourite shopify app yet, really easy to use and super quick it saves me so much time. Well worth the subscription price. The support is good to if you have any questions.

This app is brilliant. It has saved me hours and hours of time already and I have peace of mind that I won't be selling things that are out of stock because I didn't get a chance to manually stock check. The support I have received has also been terrific. Thank you.

Very useful app. Have all the functions we expect. Various setting options can meet all kinds of requirements. The CS team also has a quick response. Good job! Strongly recommend.

Best app to manage inventory from wholesale companies around the world! With this app I'm able to easily add inventory in different forms and keep track of quantities.....easily thanks to their customer service, who is always so helpful!! Thank you guys so much for all your help!!

I've recently installed this app to manage dropship products in my otherwise conventional store. I've only tried it with Shopify to Shopify suppliers so far, but it's very capable. I'm hoping the process will be as easy with other platforms and manual uploads.

terrible support, they dont refund they waste time and i suggest if you need actual help to avoid this APP. Raj and his team of timewasters will respond back every 24 hours to lead you into an endless time waste. horrible support for an app that charged me 50$ only to waste a week of my time and am now spending a week fighting to get a refund. shopify support should be ashamed of leading their users into a time waste trap like this sorry excuse Raj and his team of clown run

This has helped us link all stock to our supplier, I wasn't sure how to change a rule, emailed support and got a super-fast and friendly reply explaining how to do it and if I wanted them to do it for me to save me time. I am really grateful for their support and this will save me as a business, HOURS every day, so we can focus on what we do best as a brand. A 14 day trial is massive, and we'd updated everything within a couple days, magic! One of those apps you didn't know you needed, and now can't live without! Amazing thank you! Work smart and get this app now.

We used this App to add/update all the products from the Distributor into our Shopify store. The App is running well till now with some minor issues. The Support team is really helpful in resolving those minor issues too.

This app truly makes managing inventory easy. I highly recommend this app and the support is great! Stock Sync has detailed documentation to help with the learning curve. Not to mention, they were right there with me to get my store setup efficiently when I didn't understand. They answered all of my questions and concerns while showing professionalism.
