This is a brilliant App - I was struggling to get my product feed to work and the guys at Stock Sync sorted me out in no time! They even customised the feed for me - I would wholeheartedly recommend this app and the service the developers deliver!

Stock Sync is a great tool that allows our product providers to update their stock directly into our shop. This saves us tons of time and energy and allows us to concentrate on the most important parts of our business. If you add a first class support to it as it is the case, nothing can go wrong.

After a confusing first day or 2 figuring out the platform and with some help from the customer service team, this app now helps me keep all of my inventory up to date with maybe 30 minutes a month or so max when it used to take days to get everything updated. This app has saved me and the company so much time it's crazy. Highly recommended for stores with a large inventory!

I am using the app to sync my external inventory system with Shopify and works well! The team help me to configurate the app, the service is excelent , I definetly recommed it!

Took a little while to make this app work / confusion in settings. Was about to give up. But luckily eventually saved by very helpful customer service. So far happy but need to do more with the app to get the full use.

Fast and competent support. App is working fine. Many options too choose and compatible with many feed files.

The app works fine without any problems. The configuration is simple, for more complex operations the assistance service is always ready and fast.

Great back up support - the team modified an existing feed to make it work for my store - lots of communication back and forward to understand what I needed, and they made it work perfectly. Thanks so much guys :)

I used this to pull down a zipped FTP feed and it functions well, if a bit slow. That is okay though as this will only occur once or twice a day. I will update in the future if I run into any issues or find any features lacking. So far it seems full featured and priced in such a way that designing the same system yourself would not save you money.

Absolutely great support from the Stock Sync, especially Jor. I was having trouble setting up an API connection to my store (because I am not very computer literate) and they dis all the work for me. Definitely worth the money!

This app is really perfect for our business. We can easily upload the stock from our third party logistician but we also can send by email automaticly our inventory to our customers. And customer service is really helpfull !

Stock Sync is a very simple yet really helpful app. You can set up your feed from just about any source you can think of, and the best part is that their support team is extremely helpful. We had a pretty unique excel sheet that needs to get emailed every day, and Raj from support set up all the mapping for us within in minutes.

After some quick setting and understanding, this app actually solved a major synchro issue I had between my store and my supplier's database. The app itself gives you plenty of different ways to identify the variants in your shop and match them with the ones in your source file. But, above everything, I've been absolutely impressed by the customer service, those guys are very helpful, caring and they do actually know how much your time is worth! Thank you Stock Sync!

After initial problems with the CSV, everything has now worked. The team tried very hard. What is not so nice are the long waiting times. But if that is improved, everything is fine

Ho provato diverse App e questo è finalmente il primo che risponde alle mie esigenze e il team è stato molto disponibile e reattivo.

After testing out a few apps to automate inventory updates from our drop ship suppliers Stock Sync was by far the best solution for us. While I did have some difficulties initially their customer service team went above and beyond to assist me with my set up. I highly recommend!
