We use this app to sync our inventory between ivend POS and our shopify store - it has made an enormous difference in automating the online stock sync! What's more impressive is that when we needed help customising out plan due to our unique requirements, they were more than willing to help! One of the best apps we have ever used - saved hours and hours of internal development.

I am currently needing their help big time and they are working well with me . I will update this review if I don't have a good experience but so far so good. Thank you for your help!

OVER HALF OUR PRODUCTS DELETED - 1WK BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY & LEADING UP TO XMAS!!! Very disappointed with Stock Sync. I needed to tweek the add products feed, but this caused more than half our products to disappear - some deleted, despite the add feed apparently not deleting products already in your store already!!! products were re-imported, but all titles, descriptions, images, tags deleted/over ridden - we spent months optimising all our products for SEO - now all gone!!!!! response from Jor/Raj - which takes up to 24hrs is very blase - they do not seem to be bothered that our store now only has 95 products, when we had over 230 optimised products! AVOID!

Easy and accurate tool! Highly recommended to manage your inventory! I used it to update my promo prices!

Best stock syncing app out there and I have tried others. Very easy to setup the feeds and it is very fast and efficient.

Fiew problem of stock syncronasation at the beginning but the team support was helping and did his maximum to fix the problem. App very practical to update stock! Even if a chat online would be awesome :)

I tried the app and I seems to work like I want so will do some more exploring and than proceed with a subscription

I've used Stocksync for over a year now, I've never had a problem (unless my setting were wrong), customer support is fast and deliver additional features when required, can't fault this app.

We use this app to update our inventory using batch update and SKU on a spreadsheet. It's very easy to use and work most of the time. I there's an issue, the support basically answer straight away. We will keep using it

Great for 3rd party XML imports! Only using it now for the first time, will update after import has been done

This app has saved me countless amount of hours, saved me the cost of ink and paper, and most of all, taken immeasurable stress out of my life! It is also very affordable. For a tore with very large number of products like mine, manual inventory update is practically impossible. My only regret is that I did not find Stock Sync early enough and I struggled for so long. Thank you guys for making a great app - awesome customer service too. I'm very happy with your app.
