This Stock Sync app is a total game changer. Super useful and saves me SO much time. The support team (particularly Raj) always provides incredibly helpful support and answers within 24 hours when I have any problems. It really is the single best app I've found for my business. Its allowing me to scale my business at a rate I did not think was possible without adding serious manpower to help me with manual inventory checks and product uploads. Instead of hiring and training and paying people, all I had to do was add this app and figure out how to work it! Now I can do bulk product uploads and updated inventory at the touch of a button. No more paying people off of Fiverr or Shopify. I can do it all on my own with this app.

Stock Sync is a great tool; it makes trivial work of what is a complicated process. It's great that it has so many options to obtain and extract sources of inventory - whether that's from files sent in an email to SFTP type processes. If you're tired of manually maintaining your inventory try this app!

This is a great app. We have to sync store and online stocks and it's prfect for that. You just have to set it up once and then is done. Update stock. We are loving it and our costumers too since they can see where then can collect the products. We recommend it.

Its been couple of day and tried so many different options to fix my problem. But the support team is incredible, and I want to call them superheroes because literally, they are saving our life to cutting time which we should not be focusing on the software area. Lovely app that saves a ton of time!!! Using it to sync stocks from a spreadsheet to my store, it does it automatically just providing SKU & Quantity column.

I found the app difficult to set up and confusing but the team was responsive to my emails and I eventually got it working. It works great and does exactly what I want it to do. Update: I recently upgraded my account to add more feeds. Again I had difficulty setting it up and staff were there to get me up and running within 24 hours. They also checked my stock sources in advance to confirm that I would be able to connect to the sources with the app before upgrading. Great customer service! Thanks Stock Sync!

The best app I came across. if you are new or don't have time to figure things out this is your rescue. simple to apply. this app save my life after contacting many expert to fix my missing images non of them could do it. I am very Happy :)

Incredible! I was looking for something like this over years... Stock Sync saved my neck in a very important stage of my online store, where the sales were going up, but I wasn't able to keep up. There are many features that will help you connect with all your suppliers in a wide range of methods: from a single csv file to a database connection with another shopify store! One feature I enjoyed and I can't find it anymore is the ability to download three kind of update reports present in the feed activity log: "failed product", "store unmatch" and "updated info". They were VERY useful to detect problems, give some comfort and security about the update process. For the developers: future updates could consider a new feed method for updating products: XML "queries". Right now, you can only add ONE single XML file, but could be more useful (at least for me) you could specify several URLs where each one works like a XML query. Actually, we have a provider working like this, and right now we download each XML "query" in separate files, combine them with Excel and then upload the file. Thank you for the amazing work you're doing!

I did not really figured out fast enough how to set up an FTP server connection. This says more about me than it does about the app though. With the help of customer service, I was able to enjoy the full potential of the app in no time!

Initially the app wasn't able to do quite what we needed it to however we contacted customer support and they managed to create exactly what we needed within the app within 48 hours. Hi I have not received any response in 2 days. All of my products have somehow set to sold out 0 inventory. Can you please fix this ASAP??? I can't stress enough how convenient and advanced this app is. It has helped me not only update thousands of inventory but also upload products in the right format. Their packages are priced reasonably.
