We have used this app on a number of stores. Why? 100% due to the 110% awesome customer service and problem solving we get from Constantin the main developer. All responses are fast and we have yet to give him a problem that he cannot solve for us. I would recommend this app to anyone needing this functionality.

We just started using this app and the support is FANTASTIC. We wanted to reflect the pickup date and time on the packing slip which they helped us implement. Overall the options make it very flexible from picking what times they are allowed to pick up to what info you want to collect. Highly recommend this app for anyone that offers Curbside pickup! Edit - 6 Month update - Sofar this app has more useful features for Pickup than what Shopify has integrated themselves. The custom time/date/name tagging allows us to print out packing slips and Tag them with all the info we need to quickly identify who's is who's when they come to pickup. Great support and always willing to chat! Thanks!

We are using this app and it works very well for us. We have 3 physical shops and it was important to give people possibility to recive products at home or pick them up at one of our shops. If you need this app allows to have pick up products only for some collections and support is very fast. 5 stars!

So far the app is working great (for a feature Shopify should have by default). I tried one other pickup app and this one is far better. Constantin has also been a great help with very quick replies!

This app is going to be extremely useful for my store. I would have given it a 5 but I just started using it today. Would be very useful to have the option for customers or my team to be able to change appointments but was told it is a upcoming feature. Constantin was more help than I could have ever imagined and got me set up exactly how I wanted the features and functions to be. I HIGHLY recommend this app.

This app has been a lifesaver for my small retail shop. Due to the pandemic, we have had to convert most of our business to online ordering with contactless pickup at the store. This app enhances the customer experience because it makes it possible for customers to order online and schedule their pickup date and time in advance. On our end, it helps us to organize our workflow and control how many orders we can accept within a given time frame. Best of all, the customer support is AMAZING. Constantin helped me figure out how to make the app work for my store's needs. Great app!

This is an awesome app and the possibility to limit the number of orders per time slot is the best part when it comes to managing your curbside pickup orders and follow covid-19 restrictions to reduce the amount of customers showing up at the same time. Easy to install. Great Click & Collect solution but the best thing here is the support. I had two separate chats with the app developer and both were answered very quickly, very politely and both queries were resolved.
