This app has made our online shopify site much easier to communicate to our customers that we are a curbside pickup shop only. Prior to this we were having to refund orders that assumed we would provide shipping even though our main page stated we did not provide that service. Constantin worked with us to help clarify that we were a pickup Instore site only and eliminated all confusion for the customers. The pickup information collected at checkout will be a huge bonus for us to make sure we get the customer email and cell as well as a time and date for pickup. We also now have a way to send them notification after we fulfill the order. Prior to the app we could not send this because it confused customer with tracking data that is standard dialog for shopify itself. Constantin worked with us on our needs for the app to work seamlessly and efficiently for our store. We gave him limited access to our site. He even worked this out for us on a Saturday. Above and beyond and would recommend this app to anyone else needing help with pickup instore issues.

Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. Furthermore the time and date is sometimes switched which makes the data completely unfilterable separately by date and time once exported to Excel. Customer service is really great, if you are a small shop with low volume this would probably be a good app to use. If you are a high volume store or would like the ability to edit appointments, keep shopping.

Fantastic service - live help was the best - very impressed with the speed of live help, and the detail of communication - not fully tested the product, to in all fairness from what I have tested it seems like a very good neat and tidy product -

This app is amazing & solved all my problems. I now have custom pick up & delivery options in my checkout of my store. Whats equally (if not more) amazing is Constantin's customer service. Talk about going above & beyond (even adding me a custom text box for customer instructions) Constantin has helped me on 5 separate occasions & has literally replied within minutes. Im still under my free trial & yet Constantin has done all this custom work for me. Well worth all these 5 star reviews. You wont find a better app like this or better service anywhere else on Shopify

So far so good. Just signed up for the trial (so I'm not even paying yet and it's already fab). Constantin has been tweaking and correcting for me to get the system to work exactly how we'd like. Can't wait to get going.

They we're super helpful with setting up and the many changes I wanted doing. Very quick to respond and everything is working great. Only had the app for a day but already feel its well worth the money.

I used this app to help me set a limit to my time slots and it is so convenient! The customer service is excellent! They replied within seconds and were able to help me set up the app in less that 15 minutes. Constantin was such a great help and was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this app.

Really good app, and top notch support from the developer. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody with one or more physical stores. Update: we had a problem with the app today, and Constantin answered my email within minutes, and minutes later the problem was resolved. If only all customer service was a fraction as good as this. If I could rate 10 out of 5 I would.

This has been a great app for us since the built in shopify pickup options did not meet our needs. In addition Constantine has been great to work with and has helped me quickly with my questions.

I used this app to help my client build a store which had 4 pick up location points, with specific pick up dates and bookable times on those limited dates. The app was easy to configure, but the developer was absolutely brilliant and lent over backwards to help me customise the app so that it worked exactly as my client wanted. I could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to recommend.

Hands down the BEST app and Constantin literally THE BEST Customer Service and developer 5++++! Constantin help me set up from A-Z and did all the internal changes and extra. We had a few glitches on our website he put time to fix it for us <3. He even customize our order and pickup options as we needed. This App has been a god send especially during covid , offering click and collect in such a simple way has been brilliant, Constantin has been great with little tweaks to make it sync better with our pages and brand . A Definate must have on Shopify if you have a shopfront as well as online store. Love love love it.
