We were having some issues with the shipping zones for the pick up. Went on chat and they fixed everything for us. Excellent support!

The app is worth more than 5 stars. The support was great, within a few minutes I was helped via email. Since we are only allowed to offer pickup in Germany at this time, the app is wonderful. Easy setup, also works great with custom themes. Very satisfied and will highly recommend the app.

They deserve 6 stars. We use this app because shopify's pick up system isn't compatible with having multiple locations with only one location used for online order fulfillment. They set it up for you quickly and easily, and will go above and beyond for you.

App works great, I use it in conjunction with Shipstation and everything is pretty smooth. Any minor issues are answered within minutes from the developers which I really appreciate.

The support on this app is just outstanding, either a reply within minutes or an email reply within a few hours. Problems that could be solved were done so straight away. The app has worked fine for us, some extra features would give it a 5 star...

We added this app back in March 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown in our area. It quite literally saved our business by allowing us to offer curbside pickup to our customers. We are forever grateful and thankful for this app. An added bonus is the customer service is awesome! I would recommend this app to any company looking for a more customizable curbside pickup experience. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.

This app is amazing considering how cheap it is per month. We needed a few things tweaked on it so it would work with our store and the support has been nothing but quick, patient, and accommodating. If you are looking for an app for curbside pickup scheduling this one is perfect! :)

We just started our shop a few weeks ago and love this app! We looked at other similar options, and they were so much more expensive and no where near the same level of quality. This app is really easy to use and when I needed help they responded very quickly and resolved the problem within minutes!

We use this app so customers can choose pick-up in-store. We have multiple locations and it works great. We did have issues with charging the correct taxes, but we received help the same day we asked for it. A few months later, we changed our theme so the pick up stopped working. We contacted support and it was fixed an hour later. The customer service is fast and very helpful!

The app made it possible for my dad to extend the offering of his restaurant business, which is suffering from corona lockdowns. We are not tech-savvy at all and managed to set most of it up ourselves thanks to a clear instructions file and intuitive app. For a few things that we couldn't figure out, we are so grateful to Constantin for the quick and clear help he provided. Love this app! Simple, works well, and easy to understand. Didn't think I'd keep it for long but now it's an essential part of my store. Very good customer support as well. I had a problem right before a product launch and I sent a simple email (late night) and he had it working by the next morning. Super impressed. Definitely give this one a try.
