This app is FANTASTIC. My customers love it. It is very easy to use. Every time my app had an issue, I wrote back to the developer and instantly helped us.

This app is very easy to set up and the support is professional and prompt. I wanted a few things modified and the developer was happy to accommodate. Its price is reasonable for the service that it offers.

I used this app to set up a store which offers pickup only. It allows the customers to schedule pickup times and I can block out days when we're too busy or go away on holidays. Just what I need. And support is SUPER helpful. Definitely recommend.

I'm using this app for organising click and collect for my shop. It works very good and the help of the developer for some settings was very kindly and quick. I would recommant this for sure.

The app is great out of the box, but needing some custom adjustments I received world class support from Constantin. If you are looking for a pickup solution, this is the one you should choose.

The customer service on this app is fantastic. I've had several circumstances that have required immediate troubleshooting (one of them on a weekend) and Constantin responded within minutes and helped solve my issue. When we first added this app, I needed some further customization and the support team was quick to help with that as well.

I 1000% recommend this product. It basically saved me hours of heartburn and headache. In addition to that, Constantin was OUTSTANDING. He patiently helped me set up 2 separate sites over the course of several days. He was VERY responsive, and always did exactly what I asked within minutes. I even offered him extra money for all the time he spent helping me, and he wouldn't accept. Truly a breath of fresh air! Every other developer should take a lesson from Constantin in how to give good customer service. This app is a steal for the price, as there is nothing else out there that works so well for my business. If you take pre-orders for pickup, this is the app you want. Amazing app. So clutch to be able to have customer's select their pickup date and time. It's made our order processing much more streamlined. I've needed a few adjustments to fit our business needs and always have had quick responses and amazing customer service from their team.

Nice and smoothly working app - we use it since ~1,5 month. We had an error today, the pickup button wasn't clickable any more. Contacted support by email and within 30 minutes Constantin fixed the issue. Can highly recommend this app - of course there are other apps but for us it provides all needed features (in Germany) and the pricing is fair. Great and fast service - thank you Constantin. This app has allowed me to organize customer pick ups very well. Constantin is always prompt to respond to any questions I have as well. I particularly like that it allows me to batch print orders at once, a feature that Shopify does not have on it's own. My only issue is that there are some glitches with Shopify that doesn't allow orders to print correctly from the mobile app version, it literally cuts the orders off. This means I always need to be in front of the computer for it to print properly. Otherwise, it's been a great tool for me to offer multiple pickup locations and customize which locations require dates/times for pick up or not. I definitely would recommend and also based on the customer service alone!

Very pleased with this app. We installed it quickly to begin curbside pickup during Covid and it's been really smooth. I had one interaction with the developers and they were super responsive, polite and quick to answer my questions. I would recommend this app for it's ease of use and professional tech support. UPDATE JAN 2021: Constantin has been incredibly responsive to our questions and responds super quickly. We had a few questions early on and he was incredibly helpful and professional. This app works seamlessly and the professionalism of the developer is outstanding. This app is worth every penny and has saved our business by allowing safe curbside pick up.
