Absolutely LOVING Stamped.io to manage our reviews. We used Yotpo for the past year and a half and when our contract expired we looked at review apps that were more native to Shopify. Stamped.io fit our needs perfectly. Not only are we paying a FRACTION of the price compared to Yotpo, but we have more features, the admin is simple to set up and use, and review responses are higher.

fantastic app - very customisable but works instantly and the support with the small amount of help I needed was handled excellently.

App is working great. Was fairly easy to install and customer service has so far been quick to respond to my questions.

Had some problems integrating but these guys have an amazing fast team. Thanks alot for the help. Your service is great

I would have love to give this app a good review, but quite frankly I hope this review is help to improve the app. Clicking from Shopify app page, the app takes absolutely forever to load. The reviews to my customers never load, unless they click on the "Have trouble loading, click here" , which isn't helpful because their review gets erased and they have to start over on the stamped website which is so bad!!! And the app website is incredibly slow. Sadly I would delete this app in a heart beat and replace with something better if it wouldn't take my reviews on my site with it. Super disappointed, saw it on Tik Tok and had my hopes really high, but was let down. PLEASE improve this app, I know it has so much potential to be AWESOME. Update: Thank you so much for getting back to me! I am having three issues. The app loading from the Shopify store (has improved since the update). But most importantly the emails interacting with my customers. Two problems. The email isn't submitting for their mobile review (but does work on desktop but 80% of mine use their phone). And the "resend" email is not being sent to them. I followed up with two customers after the resend email label had been present in the stamped.io website, and nothing.

I downloaded this app to help build trust on my website between my customers and myself. I love this app! The reviews look beautiful and my customer's love hearing and viewing the thoughts and opinions of products before they purchase!

this app is by the far the best app and customer service you can find ! if you need a review app for your shopify, look no further . they will help from the set up to the landing page .

Very helpful and prompt customer support. I have just started using the app but ran into an issue with the domain verification. They quickly resolved it.

We are now using it for our second shopify store. All app is self answering, however in case you need support, its fast and accurate.

It would be better if the product in an order we all listed to be reviewed and submitted together. instead of the algo deciding on one to be given the priority and the others only showing below. customers are reviewing just the top ones and not the ones below (the other products)

I've used a few review apps the past couple years and this one is by far the most robust, bug-free and easy to use. Haven't required reaching out to support but a couple of times. They've always been super quick to respond and have ben very helpful. Glad to have made the switch. Thank you.

Could not get it to work with my Symmetry theme. The CSV import procedure was ineffective and laborious. Changing the "reply from" field required juggling my GoDaddy accounts. Instructions for changing code were meant for coders, not retailers. Sorry, couldn't use it.

This app is great and helped boost the sales of my products through reading the reviews left by others! Great design, easy to use!

SCAM COMPANY! I tried to cancel with no response, keep being charged every month! STAY AWAY! Wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing.

I love it! Easy to set up and when I changed my store's theme, I didnt know how to restore the reviews back to my store. Contacted their support team via email and had my issue resolved in less than 30 seconds once I applied their advise via email. Great app, great experience and great service. Keep up the great work! ❤❤

I use this app to send customers reviews. Not only is it free, but also the customer service responds very quickly, and every time I ask them about a technical function or problem, they provide me with a solid solution. App itself is great, but the customer service is what I admire the most.

Amazing customer service, honestly they respond within hours and go above and beyond to help. Super happy to pay for the paid plans because of this. The app is great and takes a lot off my hands, and it has fully customizable features.

Stamped.io has a great product and a great support team. I was previously using YOTPO but was unhappy due to lack of support, errors and lack of features. I am really happy now using Stamped.io. It was easy to set up and import my reviews using the Importer tab (doesn't exist on YOTPO). The other feature I particularly like is the Queue tab which shows all of your customers/orders, whether or not they have received the request yet, whether they wrote a review, etc. With YOTPO, there was no way to tell which reviews had been requested and I was always unsure if it was working. I use Stamped.io to send automated email requests to my customers after they make a purchase. They get automatic reminders if they don't write a review on the first try. I then feature those emails using the Full Reviews widget on a dedicated Reviews page. I also sprinkle the reviews on my shop page and throughout my website to build customer trust. Support staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and replies quickly. There hasn't been anything I couldn't easily solve or do with stamped.io. Prices are very reasonable (Basic $23/mo) and many months I have less than 50 orders, so I can use the free plan. I hope this review is helpful for others and I would highly recommend stamped.io!

Review layout was clear. But, a customer left reviews for 2 items. Only 1 is showing. Overly complicated process. Customer service poor. Did not understand a simple 1 sentence question. I will no longer use this app.

It's the best I've tried so far, didn't believe it when I found it support Arabic for my 2 languages store! Free version is perfect, so thank you guys!
