This is the best app shopify has to offer, period. This app is a must if you have a shopify store. Don't even spend time looking through other review apps (and yes I have tried others), this is it! 10 out of 10 all the way with their excellent support and all the features they have to offer.

we run a couple of websites, with the same sku's on offer- this has been the best way to get a review created by a customer on one website sync over to the the other stores listings- a real advantage over the Shopify notice app for us, as is the ability for a customer to submit a question right on the product page. Someone was thinking! (and support has been really prompt when I have needed help)

This app was really easy to integrate into our Shopify store. There are several customizable options for how and where you want reviews displayed on your site. The process of obtaining and posting reviews is completely automated, so I don't have to worry about it. Customer service responds really quickly to inquiries and has never failed to disappoint.

So far my experience has been positive. Happy to have found this app. Every time I have emailed for customer support, they've been responsive.

The app is amazing. The only issue I have is that sometimes the app freezes and elements won't load so I have to refresh the page somewhat frequently. Amazing product outside of that!
