Easy to se app and simple to install. Great for anyone starting a new Shopify store. A couple features were missing from the free plan that would have made it amazing to have but overall really happy. Looking forward to have integrations capabilities when I upgrade my plan.

I just started using this app, and I really like it. It has so many possibilities, even with the free version, I had a problem, and they were fast to solve it. I recommend this app.

Not sure how I can put into words how well this app has worked for us. It’s allowed us to email customers automatically after 3 weeks of purchase to offer them discount on next purchase when they leave a review. The reviews coming in have made sales increase to new customers, and also made the existing ones feel rewarded for their loyalty. The app was easy to install and i customised the colours to suit our site... and emails too. I have now got a good collection of reviews so I have created a dedicated reviews page on the site too which automatically showcases our items. I have probably only scratched the surface of the app’s capability and haven’t used all social features yet. All I know is that our conversion rate on the site is now at 13% and a month ago we were at 9%. I would also like to thank Kaushik at stamped for delivering some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to help me with an issue coding the colours of the reviews when I embedded them into a 3rd party search app... who had left me to my own devises.

Their customer service is OFF THE CHARTS. Lightning fast responses, no questions asked, they just do it. Their product works flawlessly in the background. Set it & forget it. Thank you Stamped team!

Excellent app and really awesome customer service even on the free version! Lot's of possibilities to customize and seems fully compatible with the Shopify Product Reviews app too.

We have been using Stamped.io for our reviews and loving it. I had some issues with transferring our reviews to a new site, and the team at Stamped exceeded my expectations. Instead of the typical, here is an article go do it yourself which is so common, Christopher Smikle just kept doing it for me saving me so much time and headaches! Kirsten

Nice app. Simple to set up and use. Pushes reviews to social media which is cool. You can change the date that review requests are sent to customers and re-send emails as well.

Fantastic app. I have one question, is it possible to display customer reviews on the collection pages? It seems they are only shown on the product page. Many thanks

We started using stamped about a year ago. At the time we were searching functionality not offered by the Shopify review app. To be honest after signing up to the paid plan we didn’t fully utilise it. In the run up to the Black Friday one of our team suggested using judge.me so we hastily transitioned over. With the crazy Black Friday and Xmas period we didn’t properly set up the app. In the new year when sales slowed, we had more time to invest to implement an effective review strategy. At the time we couldn’t remember why we decided to move away from stamped. It made sense to conduct a proper analysis to determine which review app met our scaling needs. We decided to go with stamped as their team offered more assistance with getting everything in place to utilise the app effectively. They have since delivered on their promises and we’re delighted with the decision to go with Stamped. The support team have been very responsive to our needs. Best reviews app! love it so much! I was using the shopify review app but you were unable to ask buyers to review your items after purchase so moved over to this! Annoying that you have to pay for it but other than that I like it!

This is the most customizable app I have found. I love that as a new business they aren't locking basic settings under the free plan, then I can upgrade once my business grows. Customer support was quick and super helpful. I highly recommend!

Working great so far, easy and customizable. The interface took me a minute to figure out but now it's easy. Looks good on my store webpage. And it allowed me to send it to past purchases which I was looking for.

The app is easy to set up and maintain. Great value on the free plan. You can even upload a photo to a review manually if your customer has already provided one.

Customer service has been responsive and helped us import our reviews from our previous app. They created a great reviews page for our site.
