Downloaded this app to manage our reviews. We needed some customisation and the support had been so helpful and responded to our queries immediately.

I love this app! Their free plan has everything I need to beautifully display reviews. Their customer service team is absolutely impeccable as well. They went above and beyond my questions and provided me with links and everything! I highly recommend this app.

I wouldn't recommend using this app. There is too much difficulties involved when you need to export your reviews. They won't allow all pictures to be exported. When i complained, i was told to add some complicated codes on over 800 reviews and i asked them for help to assist because i assumed it should automatically be exported but they refused to assist. Update! Terrible!!! They provided me with urls of each photos and left me to figure out all by myself what review has which photo from 878 reviews. Other review app allows you export your review peacefully with pictures. I don't understand why they cannot provide you with such service. I still do not recommend.

The app is doing it's job and their client support is very helpful. I would recommend this application.

The customer service from this app is appalling. Google reviews feature didn't work despite paying for the upgrade and attempts to get it fixed came with no effective response. Also be careful when changing up and down plans, they don't give you the remainder of your month, instead they charge you straight away, very dodgy.

Love this app for gathering reviews so much better than what I was previously using. Perfect for building trust in your brand. Yet to explore its full potential and fully integrate how I would like it! I would like to upgrade to gain some of the additional features but for a new business and smaller business quite a big leap of faith even when using annual payment plan to save a bit! Personally an offer for an with additional amount of reviews for the first month would be handy to allow you to get those valuable reviews you missed out on before switching to this app - A trade of for the Free SMS which are only for US & CA for those of us that are not in either of those Countries!

I have been using this app on my store for quite some time and it's always been awesome. One of the biggest complaints I have however is the constant changes lately to the app. I had requested from support many many months ago to help me install a specific widget because it was not working for me and they asked me to make them "part of the store" and I did and they NEVER even logged in and installed anything. So...I gave up on wanting that feature. Still, kind of annoying the lack of follow-thru from support. Also, the box that pops up when you are in the app itself moderating reviews ext, WILL NOT GO AWAY! I am so tired of completing the same two steps over and over and over again and the "box" not marking those two things done so it will go away. Please fix your bugs and please learn to follow through and customer response.

For context, all review platforms are very similar in functionality. I will say Stamped is 10/10 on the features considering the price, but what sets it apart is the service provided. I had Kaushik Mallick in the support team help me set-up widgets on the site, he did so very quickly with the directions I gave to him. Don't bother using other systems, look at the reviews and use Stamped for e-commerce.

:-) Just downloaded it, trying to understand it but so far I am pleased with the options. Hoping, as I use it, it becomes beneficial.

Great app; very happy with the support. Could use a few more options for template design but otherwise it does what we need it to.

Not bad, but all the good features are only available on premium plans too bad I can't try the features I need before deciding to play hight price

I use this app to ask customers to write a review on a product. I like how easy it is, and affective.

So far so good with applying the app to my website. Shopify integration was very easy, but I could see how someone who is not technologically inclined would miss the step of adding the actual app to their site after setup. I wish there was an easier way to bring etsy reviews over, but that is on Etsy, not you. But for anyone else, there are online converters to change the .json file to a .csv and then its just a matter of copy+paste into the correct columns of the sample provided. All in all, very happy!

I've upgraded my licence and couldn't get any of the features set up because support won't reply to me. I am paying for nothing.

Have been using Stamped for a while. We got into some issues but they helped resolve it. It did take some time for them to reply but they did get the issue solved.

Since I upgraded my plan to business, the SEO snippets were gone. I have to wait another week or two in order for Google to regenerate them on Google search. This is unacceptable. I feel like I am paying more for a downgrade. They should have prevented this from happening in the first place.

This is an excellent review app ever, it built with powerful tools to let you insert full page widget, side drawer widget!

I was having difficulties getting new reviews to properly show up in order and the rep Salem Badawi solved my problem immediately and placed a fix that should prevent it from happening again.

They have been extremely helpful in getting us all setup! Michael was super helpful! Definitely recommend.
