App support is very good. The UI is a bit improvable. Also the way of adding the stars below the product it´s not autodoable and you need to contact them but they do it for you.

Fast and excellent customer support - very pleased as I'm currently on the free version. The app itself is awesome, especially paired with their loyalty and referrals app!

This is an update to a review I left a few years ago for Stamped IO, as I have just had another amazing experience with them! We have been using Stamped Io for a few years and it has worked perfectly, but we updated to a new website and I wanted a few custom changes added to fit our new site design. I spoke with a developer - Tarn who honestly couldn't have been more helpful and patient, and made the perfect changes to our site, I really couldn't be more grateful and we are looking forward to using this app for many more years to come! Thank you again to Tarn and the team! --------- Wow! We added this app to our store yesterday, after having used another review app previously which didn't have the capabilities we needed. This has blown us away already! Within 24 hours, we are completely set up with an excellent review platform, which not only performs the basic review collection requirements perfectly, but also has added capabilities which we hadn't even thought of such as customised email send-outs, Google rich snippets, Facebook integration, review site badges and a lot more! The best thing about Stamped.io is the customer service - I know very little about coding so contacted the team to ask a few questions. Within half an hour, Ivan had been in touch with excellent advise, and he helped us get set up accurately! It is rare that I write such a detailed review, but I have been so impressed by the app itself, as well as the help and support we received that I really wanted to share this. Great technical service. Almost immediate response and solution to any problem. The App is easy to use, many options and opportunities, although to get the most of it, it is important that you invest some time getting familiar with it and exploring. It is worthy.

This is a great app for any-sized business, it has lots of customization options and you can very easily embed reviews in your website without any hassle. Also a great feature is the ability to sync the ratings to google search! You can customize your email review requests or choose from some neat templates, and it also has advanced dashboards where you can see what's going on. I won't be looking any farther for a review app, I now have this on two other shopify stores as well. A little bit pricey if you want to do a lot of things with it, but it's definitely worth it.

Actually a pretty bad customer support. Wanted to change my review app on all my stores to stamped.io but the integration with the CSV file is a disaster to be honest. Such a pity.

I love the fact that it automatically contacts my customers for reviews. Plus, it's easy to customize the email messages and thank you page. Love it!

So easy to communicate with their team - Not only is the response timely, but thorough. They really do take a look at things to discover the information about your account and it's history before troubleshooting. They make the review business a bit less stressful!

App feature was good when I first stared using this app back in 2020. Now, there are many other review apps that have better features at much lower pricing. Also, I asked for customer support since my v2.0 theme wasn't showing review widgets correctly. However, their responsibility is poor, I had been waiting for many days now, and still no reply. Now, I decided to change review app to others. But exporting reviews are so difficult, since all photo review URLs cannot be exported. If you are looking for review app, and reading this comment, I strongly suggest you "don't use this app."

Very helpful app! Great service as well. One they have access they literally do the work for you if needed and know exactly where to put things best.

We use this app to get customer reviews and display them on our product pages and home page. It also allows customers to message us through the app. I am still currently learning the app, but the customer service team have been great in helping me with all my questions.
