So far so good. Only been using it for a few days, but was easy to install, easy to use, looks good on the website, so very happy!

Provide a great service whenever I have toubles to use it. Must install this app if you are a shopify seller.

I recently uploaded some older reviews from my website into stamped with no issues, but they are not showing up on the website. If anyone could help, would be great as seems like a really good app?

Hi there, I am getting charged since March for 6 non existent Shops. I sent few email about cancelation and about getting my money back (20.7 x 6 March, 20.7 x 6 April, 20.7 x 6 May = 372,7 $ in total) but no answer so far.

Slow support and no urgency to fix issues, it's also pretty expensive at scale - more so than others. It simply stopped sending emails completely and when asked to fix it, nothing has been done - it's been two weeks with no solution from their side so I'm paying for an app that isn't doing it's sole job... sending out review emails... UPDATE: DESPITE THE REPLY FROM STAMPED - OVER A MONTH HAS GONE PAST WITH NO RESOLUTION. IT IS QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 10 YEARS OF ECOMMERCE

Super easy to implement! Quick to see results and track progress. I love that you're able to back track and get reviews from people that have purchased in the last 100 or so days!

Great app with great support. The onboarding is very easy and benefits are great. We clearly recommend for any Shopify store.

Been using stamped for a while now, and it has never let us down, great way to allow customers to leave valuable feedback on products for future customers in an organized section on each page.

This company will steal your money. I signed up for the full suite business plan, and decided after one month of use that it just was not something that I would be making use of for the cost, so I canceled and downgraded back down to the free plan. I figured everything was fine, as I was not charged the following month. However, after that, they have been charging me every month, and refuse to respond back to me about a refund. I cannot cancel, because I do not have any type of active paid account to cancel even if I wanted to. They owe me over $1,000 now, and like I said, continue with their lack of response. Terrible company.

Stamped is a great tool for our review management. The user interface is intuitive and yet powerful. The integration with Shopify works perfect. They have a great support, quick respons with a problem solving mindset.

The free version works well for what we need for now and we'll probably move to the paid version as we grow!

I downloaded the app 2 weeks ago and it has been the most painful and excruciating experience to date with building our Shopify store. It was impossible to import reviews without their manual help. I am unable to customize anything. Choosing a specific layout for the reviews gives us product pages with different review layouts (some are in columns, some masonary) making our product page look messy and unprofessional. Cannot change font colors, style etc. It's been over a week I have been asking for help and following up and my concerns have still not been addressed. I get vague responses that they will look into it and then crickets. Looking for another app now.

The software is clunky and inconsistent. When customizations and settings are updated in the stamped app it does not push to all products. Different products now have different layouts and colors & when review emails are sent sometimes they include the product image and sometimes an ugly little blue question mark that no one wants to see. I hope Shopify gets it together soon to bring this in-house.

Fast and excellent customer support - very pleased as I'm currently on the free version. The app itself is awesome, especially paired with their loyalty and referrals app!

App support is very good. The UI is a bit improvable. Also the way of adding the stars below the product it´s not autodoable and you need to contact them but they do it for you.

This is an update to a review I left a few years ago for Stamped IO, as I have just had another amazing experience with them! We have been using Stamped Io for a few years and it has worked perfectly, but we updated to a new website and I wanted a few custom changes added to fit our new site design. I spoke with a developer - Tarn who honestly couldn't have been more helpful and patient, and made the perfect changes to our site, I really couldn't be more grateful and we are looking forward to using this app for many more years to come! Thank you again to Tarn and the team! --------- Wow! We added this app to our store yesterday, after having used another review app previously which didn't have the capabilities we needed. This has blown us away already! Within 24 hours, we are completely set up with an excellent review platform, which not only performs the basic review collection requirements perfectly, but also has added capabilities which we hadn't even thought of such as customised email send-outs, Google rich snippets, Facebook integration, review site badges and a lot more! The best thing about Stamped.io is the customer service - I know very little about coding so contacted the team to ask a few questions. Within half an hour, Ivan had been in touch with excellent advise, and he helped us get set up accurately! It is rare that I write such a detailed review, but I have been so impressed by the app itself, as well as the help and support we received that I really wanted to share this.
