The app is great - it has automated the process and helps get more more reviews. Beats having to manually emailing each customer after each order has shipped to get that elusive review! A total time saver!

Just installing Stamped today and ran into a few (self-caused) hitches. However, Stamped very promptly sorted it out; even going into my Shopify account to get it right. So far, great! They also had a missing bit on their instructions, but they acknowledged that and fixed it. Good to see - no defensiveness!

Amazing app! The best feature is that customers don't have to leave their inbox to submit a review. Easy as :)

The app is really easy to use and perfect for getting reviews. Also the customer service is outstanding if there are any issues. They fixed my problem with an explanation as to why it happened (Which wasn’t the fault of the app). Highly recommend.

This app was recommended to me but adding the different lines of code (when they can't tell you exactly where to add them) was aggravating and beyond my skill level. I have over two years of experience with code, so not a total newbie. Would definitely use the app if it would install itself, or with minimal coding and explicit directions.

The app has variety of features and widgets, looks very professional on my website, and the customer service is exceptional. The team is highly responsive, answers my questions, and resolves all of my issues within just a few hours. Highly recommend!

There are tons of review apps you can find in Shopify and many of them are really great apps. I've tried most of the review apps that are highly recommended before I decided to stick with Stamped.io. What makes me stick with them and what makes them stand out from the rest of the competitors is their unbelievably good customer support, their sophisticated app functions and the very reasonably priced plans. Maybe I can share more below. 1) Customer support - Their excellent customer support is the reason that triggered me to write this long review. I have many doubts and questions before I signed up to this app and they have cleared all my doubts. Tommy especially has been very efficient in getting back to my emails. Normally I would expect customer service to get back to me within a day or so but most of the time he gets back to me in 1 or 2 hours and even in minutes! If you have any technical issues due to integration of the app with your theme, they will help you out too. 2) The app functions - The app is very intuitive and you can learn how to use it in a very short amount of time. One function that I really like is that whenever there is an order from customer, a review request email will be queued to send to the customer. You are able to customize the display of the email and the number of days to send out the email after fulfillment. You will also be notified after customer has reviewed the product. You can also customize the display of reviews on your store according to your preferences. There are many other great functions that you will know when you try the app out. No app is perfect but they are always improving the app, so if you have any suggestion on the functionality, talk to them and they will try their best to improve it. 3) Great priced plans - Last but not least the price of the app is one of the most cost-efficient. Very reasonable priced and affordable for the functions that you'll be getting. If you are on a low-budget and some of the functionality is a must for you, talk to them and they will try their best to help you out.

I like that it's a review app. My store is new and I haven't had any sales yet, so I can't comment too deeply. However, the set up is not very user friendly. The widgets and setting them up are tricky. The customer service, on the other hand, is excellent! They were able to help me get done what I was trying to do.

The support is great! Whenever I have had an issue they are quick to help and resolve it. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, it's good. The only problem is that five-star ratings can't be displayed under all products. It's been several months, although only a small number of products can be displayed.

Nothing but good things to say. Pricing is fair, customizability is good, and the dashboard/ user interface is excellent after the update. Very intuitive & easy to use, plus customer service is great. After trying many different review platforms, we have no reason to leave Stamped.io. Stamped provides everything we need and more.

Best customer service of all the apps we have. Had a small issue when we switched over and it was resolved within hours. I just wish it wasn't so expensive to collect some of the other data on higher plans.
