Easy to set up with very little need to tweak later on. If needed, the email support is super fast! Thanks for a great tool.

I have been using this app for a couple of months and at first I had issues with it working with the product reviews app, but I did an uninstall and reinstall and then they worked perfect together. Its easy to use and I can see when my review emails are sent and who opened them and who did'nt. And it also allows you to send follow up emails and make suggestions on reviews you need to respond to. Love this app!

These guys are awesome. Always super quick turnaround time for any questions and support and they do their best to help. It seems like they're constantly working on the product so as a small business owner, that's really important to me. The only thing that's needed is ShipStation integration as that's critical to my business since we sell a custom product requiring 3-way shipping so I hope that launches soon!

After installation, there were some things I didn't understand, but the help desk kindly explained. I think it ’s a good app.

Stamped is incredibly user friendly (important for our customers) and has tons of powerful features, one of our favorite features are checkout reviews. The setup and customization process is quick and easy, same goes for moderating & publishing reviews. Keep up the great work guys!

Good app, easy to set up. Had a small issue and the helpdesk was quick to reply and solve the issue.

The app is very easy to use and follow along. Customer service is great but it usually takes a couple of hours to get back to you.

My whole experience with Stamped.io has been amazing. I used Shopify Product Review apps on my previous site and it was great; however, it lacked the look, feel, and features I wanted - so I started shopping for a new solution. At this time I noticed one of my favourite brands, Vessi, using Stamped.io so I tried it out. Since starting the staff has been super helpful, responsive, and knowledgable. One thing I do want to point out: when I was researching Stamped,io, I notice quite a few negative reviews mentioned that you cannot turn off the emails that go out- this is not true. I checked with the Stamped.io team (and even have mine turned off now). You can easily turn this off by going to 'Settings' > ' Customize' > 'Enable Review Requests'. Thank you Stamped.io!

This app is a breath of fresh air in a sea of apps. Tommy responds to my emails in minutes, and incorporates my feature suggestions sometimes in minutes! These guys are wizards, and the app is magical as a result. The product review requests that are sent by email allow the customer to respond inside of the email itself! This makes it super convenient and has increased my reviews tremendously. The app also allows you to provide a unique coupon code for each customer, as an incentive for a review! And these are just the basics! The question and answer feature found on the Enterprise level plan is amazing! Once I added this feature to my site, I was getting questions immediately! Even though my email address is pasted all over my website, customers still find the Q&A feature convenient and use that instead. It's great because all customers can see the questions and answers on the site from then on. This builds trust, and educates the customers at the same time. I could go on and on. Thank you Tommy, and the staff at Stamped.io for creating and maintaining such a powerful app, and updating it regularly with new and useful features!

The app is good, but the support is everything. We switched over from another much higher priced system and were concerned about a potential lack of support. The team at Stamped.io is exceptional - they respond only via email, but respond quickly and efficiently. Super helpful and always there to make sure your experience with the app is top notch. Would definitely recommend.

Really I like the detailed easy use app . Before I used another app but Stamped .i .o is very successful app. Support team are amazing and very fast . They solved my problem so quickly. Verry happy and advice the app. Balasagun

We have three stores and we have installed the app on all three. The installation is quick and simple. We needed some time to figure out, how things work, because we didn't find any instructions. But after that it was much easier to use the app on other two stores. The app is actually quite comprehensive and gives you a lot of different options. Importing reviews from Shopify review app is also easy and quick, but it takes some time for imported reviews to be shown on the site. We had also some issues with "Add photo button" and with some translations into our local language. But customer support is superior and extremely quick, also regarding all the translations. We definitely recommend the app, it is great, it is working as it should be. Even for the smallest plan you get a lot from the app. But as with all apps, there is always some space for improvements.

I switched from Yotpo because of the price and I’ve actually been getting WAY more reviews with Stamped.io. Love this app!

Awesome app. We had some trouble syncing fulfilled orders automatically with Stamped.io but their rock star customer support worked tirelessly to figure out the problem, make the code change and get it working. All this when we were just using their free trial version, too. Now we are paying customers and we couldn't be happier!
