We're just starting with reviews (better late than never) and was recommended Stamped.io from a few different people. Everything is very smooth so far, the app is pretty intuitive but what really stands out is the great tech support / customer service!

We have been using this app for more than three years. Absolutely five stars. It offers all the features we need for a customer review app and the price is much lower that its competitors. Also, the customer service is really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

So far so good - this seems like a great feature so far. The app. dev. do their best at helping out. I wish I could call however. It can be a little frustrating not being able to call but most apps are like that.

We started using Stamped recently, and have found it very easy to use. There have been a couple of hiccups with syncing and design layout, but the customer support team at Stamped has been phenomenal at helping us work through these issues.

This app is really good and well put together. It's easy to use, understand and the features are good as well. Definitely an app you want to have as part of your business in building trust with potential customers.

We moved over from another review software and couldn't be more impressed with Stamped. Customers service is super responsive and has any requests solved almost immediately. If I could give this app more than 5 stars I would. The customer service is outstanding! I upgraded to the premium version so I could import old orders, but I was given service as if I was paying the highest price. Truly remarkable. Not only did they unlock options for me, but they also VOLUNTEERED to make customization changes and code alterations without asking me to upgrade even once! Rachelle and Tommy- thank you personally for being so helpful, generous and quick to respond! UPDATE: I have now been using the add for almost a year and it is great! The customer service is the best! The team responds so quickly and can always help. They have also created new features that are very useful for a growing business. Highly recommend this app!

Love what the app does but dislike the current upgrade. Very confusing! Although I've been using this app for a couple of years, I'm now seriously considering a change.

Incredible customer service. If you are on the fence about getting this app, trust me: it is worth it for the customer service alone. A reply email came almost instantly...my questions were answers and my problems were solved. Highly recommend!

Love this app, looks great on the website and easy to use on the backend. The team are super helpful and really fast at responding too :)

This is one of my MUST HAVE apps for my store VacationHomeAmenities.com. It makes it so easy for customers to leave a review, and the positive reviews have definitely increased my sales. The app is very easy to set up and use and I like that I can customize it to my store. I have had a few interactions with their customer service and they are always very quick to respond and help me with whatever I need. I highly recommend Stamped.io!

Social proof builds trust and I chose this app for the features and ease of use. It took me a while to upgrade (as I built up my store) but even as a "free" customer they were always very helpful. The team continue to be today with all sorts of questions or hiccups I have. I am glad I can now justify the upgrade as the new features are great. For instance I love the site badge showing 'x' verified reviews, I think that really builds trust. This app is really have all what I need. Form on the go for customers work very best. I recived during 2 mounth 3 times more reviews with fotos than before!!!

Great app. It needs some improvement as right now your review asks me to enter minimum 100 characters or i cant leave a review. Some people might want to say less.

Perfect service and free customization feature. Stamped is the only review app I am willing to keep
