Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I've used Stamped.io on both Woocommerce and Shopify. Not only is the app itself excellent, the IT support is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, the Stamped.io team have always gotten back to me quickly and always happy to help.

Not only is this app amazing, but their support is even better. I have worked with several people from their team (most recently, Martin) and they are all very eager to help and deal with my nit-picky requests. They really go above and beyond and my site (www.MANSSION.com) would not look as good without them. Highly recommended!

Customer service and response time on the folks working for this app are impressive! They helped me transition over to stamped from an existing product reviews app within a day and helped fix minor formatting issues working through the weekend! The functionality of the app is also great. Images from customers are laid out very well and the ability to sort and rate is also great. We are using reviews on google shopping as well so big thank you to all of the help we got on this! Don't hesitiate to use them.

Amazing Review System! I have several accounts and have Stamped.io on each! Wouldn't do a system without them - they are the BEST REVIEW System out there - we've tried several and always come back to Stamped.io We had a few requests and emailed them and got incredibly fast personal responses from them. And a totally "Can Do" attitude at no additional charges. Don't waste your time - or your customers! This system is so easy for you to setup and get reviews and your customers will love you for it. Plus, their incentive program to get people to either write a review or Share a Review is fantastic - works very well!! Thanks Stamped.io for creating this awesome system!!

This app came in place to assist with increasing the volume of reviews, but also with displaying them across our site. The automated email sent to customers allows us to effortlessly collect reviews, whilst also managing them appropriately, both with automated rules and manual moderation. In terms of displaying the widget on site, the out of the box solution wasn't quite right for us, but the Stamped team helped us to create more of a bespoke widget that suits our site incredibly well. The level of service from the Stamped team is impeccable, with quick response times, really strong knowledge and a real consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend Stamped!

Fantastic app, If you want to take your reviews to the next level then this is the app you need. Really easy to setup and use. Not to mention the guys are super helpful and will happily jump in and help you setup and tweak. Cant recommend highly enough!

The Stamped app is super easy to set up! We had reviews that we didn't want to lose and the transfer into Stamped was super easy. Customer service is very responsive and even helped to customize the look of the reviews on our website.

The app is fine, nothing spectacular but it works really well. Where the value lies in their ability to provide amazing customer support 24/7. Their support is worth every single cent of the enterprise plan. There are a lot of app providers that should take the time and learn from these guys. I have never had such a great experience with an app to date.

Great app and support. Plenty of functionality and options to select and personalize the review experience and the support has been excellent each time we have hit a hurdle getting something new set up. Tried a few review apps so far, easily the best we have seen.

I love Stamped. We switched from Okendo and I'm happy with it. We pay less, but getting much more. The support is awesome. I hope we will use it for a long time.

After jumping to an appropriate plan, I noticed an immediate increase in the number of reviews we were receiving. In doing so we got first-hand feedback on our products, could give customers a better PPE and also address any concerns or issue customers had to turn detractors into brand advocates. I would like a bit of a better interface to manage the pending list, or a way to display reviews for products no longer on our store (we remove sold out products we won't repurchase). That last bit might be on shopify but it could be cool to have a "hall of fame" of reviews. Thanks

I like the app. Unfortunately, I can't use it's default payment gateway for my products. Otherwise, it reallly is a great application.
