can't import review

We've been using Stamped for a year now and it's working great and looks good on our website. Last time we had a problem with the app because of some changes in my store and their support immediately helped us to resolve the issue so now it's working perfect again. Thanks support!

great help even with free version, i was having an issue displaying ratings on collection page and they fixed it quickly!

The technical support team is always available to help in a timely manner. They will get back to your request asap. I need help with the store's code. First, the agent did the task for me, but I requested to be shown how to apply the changes myself, which the agent did for me. This is great customer service!

I have tried contacting support for 4 days now. The stars are not displaying on my shopify site and I've made no changes. Very very very poor customer service. I will be switching to Klaviyo immediately for this reason.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue I was having in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it and you've made my life much easier. We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

Awesome support by arjun from Stamped.....cud have never asked for a better hand in guiding us in getting the review live..

I just updated my Theme and the reviews "broke". Their support was very fast and responsive! I was back up and running in a matter of hours!

Great app, great customer support. We get most customers thanks to customer reviews from Stamped.io. We have been using Stamped.io for years. We also managed the migration from another platform to Shopify with the help of Stamped Support. They offer a lot of features. The reviews are verified and tracable according to EU legislation.

If there's one thing that's drastically helped increase sales in our store it's social proof. Nothing works better than a shiny 5-star review to help convert customers into buyers. Their support team is also very prompt in responding to customer needs. Their team showcased not only their expertise but also their understanding of customer needs

UPDATE: I JUST SWITCHED TO JUDGE.ME AFTER A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH STAMPED. I CANT BELIEVE HOW MUCH TIME, MONEY AND HEADCHAED STAMPED COST ME!! IM USING JUUDGE.ME AND COULDNT BE MORE HAPPIER, ITS WAAY BETTER THAN STAMPED, IMPORTED MY REVIEWS FROM STAMPED IN SECONDS, AND CHATTED YESTEERDAY MIDINIGHT WITH CUSTOMER SUPPOORT ! SO YEAH DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE GUYS, SWITCH TO JUDGE.ME ASAP ! THIS APP COSTS ME 3700$ lost in ads, my ads were running and noticed a horrible dropoff CR, when i checked my store, it was a total DISASTER !!!! reviews duplicated dozens of times, popups in other languages, messy side reviews all over thee placee. its a MESS, i'll curse this appp my entire life, and Customeer service, u think the care ? oh no they dont , but i dont blamee them because the app iitself sucks at first, so why they would care that aint their fault. so to sum up: if u use this app, u gonna lose tons of money, so save yourself some cash and use another app, and there are TONS.

Great application and service experience with the support team. Social proof is now a core pillar of our business. Highly recommended.

Main issue is with their server. When we send review requests at 5pm and they don't actually send until 2am (with no visibility on when they will be sent), it defeats the purpose of being able to manually control what time your reviews are sent. They have come back to say that "server volumes" caused the delay, but unfortunately the impact to our response rate has been material.

Amazing reviews app, has helped us increase our conversion rates massively thanks to all the features given. 10/10
