Honestly have been such a big fan of this app. It's made review collection seamless. Definitely a little bit clunky on the design/integrations still, but nevertheless their customer service is SO on point and they really do their best to improve. I'm super excited to start trying the paid features when my company grows big enough.

Widget design looks good and customization are convenient. Customer Service replies are quick and efficient.

I have been using both the Review and Loyalty apps for a few years. Whenever I have a problem or question, the Stamped crew is always quick to respond also the backend admin is very straightforward. Recommended

I have been using this app for a while and think it's a great tool to get customer reviews. I use the free version but might upgrade in time. It's quite easy to use and connect to shopify - you can set up email flows to customers. I probably don't use all of the functionality available but am pleased with it so far. Their customer service team are really quick to respond to queries I've had and helped me resolve issues. I would recommend.

We've been using Stamped reviews for around 4 years and can definitely recommend it! We like how it looks throughout our site, it integrates well with other apps, and Support is fantastic (thanks, Eslam!)... very responsive and fast to solve things. Reviews are consistently one of the main factors our customers say influences their purchase decisions, so this app is a very important one for us!

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. Extremely buggy interface, nothing loads as intended. Our customers complain all the time they can't do this and that - after years of using this app it's time to ditch it and move on. Their backend must be horrendous and we pay premium prices to get a garbage system.

Do not use with Shopify POS

The support staff answered a technical question lickety-split!! Fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. If the rest of the integration and usage goes this well - I have no reason to give less than the stars I have... UPDATE - 9/18/2023 It appears that my initial review requires revision. A week before this update, the connectivity between Meta and Stamped was somehow damaged. I opened a ticket and have heard nothing since then. The issue revolves around "Social Push," where we are supposed to be able to link a Facebook Page to the Reviews and have them automate publishing. That being said, since they never reached back out to me offering any guidance on when the fix will be implemented, what the status of of the engineers who are supposed to be working on it, nor does their own "Status Page" indicate there are any current issues - I have revised this due to lack of communication on their end which requires me to prompt getting information from them. Very poor communication path at this time and I took off 2 stars for it. If it changes, perhaps I will change this review. Until then it stands.

The team at Stamped Product Reviews have been extremely helpful. Their explanation were clear. They took the time to create screenshots and videos in order to guide me through solving a few issues. They even went above and beyond what was asked. Really happy I have this app with my store.

Very good customer service and a great app!

I've used for more than a year now and it has been an awesome way to reach customers for reviews post purchase. The ratings/reviews show up on our Product pages. Having the automation in place has been a blessing!

Stamped is AWESOME! It's super simple to use and the customer service is probably some of the best I have ever dealt with, they even did some custom work for me to get the widget just how I wanted it, I highly recommend them.

I couldn't import reviews properly and immediately uninstalled the app. I've since requested customer support (mainly "James") to cancel my plan and issue a full refund but they keep avoiding the request. Eventually I was billed the full amount in my monthly Shopify billing and this has yet to be resolved. This is the only app where I've had so much trouble getting a refund. I'd avoid this app and look for something else.
