Customer service has gone completely downhill from when we first started using this app. We've been facing several bugs and glitches related to star badges or the main reviews widget not loading. Customer support rep either claims its downtime with Stamped, or that they've fixed the issue, or that there is no issue. We've attempted to ask for review exports with our images multiple times which customer support was unable to understand and kept dodging the question to keep us with them.

Extremely difficult to install on shopify 2.0 theme. Blocks are not behaving correctly. Still needs coding. Issues ongoing for 3 weeks and still not resolved. Customer support answers some questions and ignores others. This app delayed our new 2.0 theme launch and is still not behaving correctly. Emails take a 2+ days to get a response. Once everything is fixed we will advise here. Dev is free to respond as of now we are still waiting for email response to all questions, thank you. UPADTE 28 Oct 2023 - Its been over a year and still ongoing issues. Today we accidentally discovered "Write a review" has disappeared on all 1000+ product pages. We havent changed anything on theme side. Really, really fed up with this app and ongoing bugs.

But most especially, thank you to Arjun for going ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a context, we now use Stamped for our website's reviews. We needed to transfer some reviews from the previous app we used to Stamped and encountered some issues. Their team helped us throughout the process!! From uploading the file to fixing the errors in the file to tweaking some code on our website to fix the review counts! I love how SUPPORTIVE and PROACTIVE they were. The app has been great up until the orange gift box and widgets disappeared all of a sudden. The team however was quick to respond when I submitted the request and had resolved it in a very timely manner, nuch quicker than I expected. We really appreciate your help. So ive been using this app since 2018 and it used to be very good with great support, but i believe it was sold to a different devolper or their support has gone down the drain. I have been dealing with a consistent issue regarding the social push now for over 6 months and support always tells me that they will escalate the issue and let me know when it will be resolved, but it never gets resolved. Not sure where to go from here with this poor support

We had a customer who unsubscribed from the Reviews email from Stamped.io still receive an email from Stamped.io with a follow up email requesting a review. Now the customer is threatening to report us for violating the spam act. Be careful, there seems to be a glitch in Stamped.io's system with unsubscribes.

This app really sucks, I've had much better luck with Fera reviews. The integration is sloppy and not streamlined like Fera, and the support is straight up BAD. Support only answers tickets via email, which take 12-24 hours per response. It takes them 4+ emails just to understand the problem, so don't expect to have issues solved within at least 4 days. I am currently on the free plan so maybe that's why they're so bad, but nonetheless it does NOT make me want to continue to work with them and use the paid version. I will probably be uninstalling if my problem is not fixed after the last email I just sent them.
