Stamped.io is an affordable solution compared to other big-name review software apps. We have used 2 other review services and stamped.io is the best. We have enjoyed the customer service. They have been responsive and solved all of our needs. We enjoy the customer interface of the app.

Stamped.io is great! It has all of the features you can possibly need. Their customer service is also amazing, they respond soon after I reach out and are always helpful. I definitely would recommend this product.

UI is easy to use. I was quite pleased to have the ability to import reviews from my old system so that I wouldn’t lose them. App seems to be well supported and is in active development of new features and functionality.

This app is really easy to use and to customise to your stores brand. It's helpful to be able to set up and send a review email sequence to try and convert more customers who may not leave you a review first time. It also pulls in your products from Shopify and the emails look good. Only thing I could comment on for improvement would be that sometimes you have to follow the link in the email to leave the review if the form does not work in there. However, this is fairly minor, and all links work and everything looks professional. Also, really helpful to mention it has a free version which is great value. Highly recommend.

Stamped io is an app that has evolved considerably with its new widjet. The support team is highly available and caring. They even go so far as to tweak the css to match the detail ready for our wishes. I recommend with your eyes closed! you'll be delighted

I've been using Stamped.io for a few years, and nothing else compares! There are a few subscription options, and they are all a great value for what you get. I had the free plan for a long time and was very happy with it. Once it's set up, it goes to work for you, sending out review requests (3), automatically posting reviews to social, and the customization options (emails, widgets) are really great. The full page of reviews on our website looks great, and the smaller widget on the product pages is excellent. You can't beat Stamped.io's customer service. I had a some old code in my html that was preventing my reviews from showing up how I customized it, and it was fixed immediately after I asked about it. They continually update and add impressive features to the app without increasing the price. The analytics feature is very useful, and I'm excited about the Rewards feature that will allow me to offer discounts to those who leave reviews or upload a photo/video with their review.

I have been using this review app for a few years now, after doing a theme update there were a few issues with how the reviews were showing on my website. I contacted support and had a response to say it was fixed within minutes! Great service, would definitely recommend.

Missed opportunities. We've been using Judge.me on our other sites & decided to try try this app based on the good reviews. Unfortunantley, the app did not deliver for us. For whatever reason, some emails were not sent to the customers- even the ones in the queue. I'm sure customer service would have helped us (they responded quickly on a different question during set-up) but we didn't bother contacting them this time around because we got turned off by having a basic function not work on the onset. Thank you for the free trial, & more power to the developers, but for now we're shifting back to Judge.me. Cheers!
