This is a very good app for collecting and show casing your customer reviews. I like how automated it is. I would recommend this app to any business.

What I like the most is not only the app but also their service. The team has been very helpful. What really amazed me is that it seems they have their tech people as the service, so they could always easily understand what my problem is. I am so glad that I do not need to repeat my question or even to explain it. Excellent!!!

Far exceeds the basic review ability of shopify. Much better layout, ability to request reviews from customers and entice them with discounts is helpful in getting social proof (in the form of reviews). Thank you!

We used this app on a previous website and where so impressed with the app and the support form the team we did not even entertain looking at any other review app for our store. It is easy to use, the team will install the widgets for you if you request, response time is the fastest I have experienced, I don't think they ever sleep. The features are great, what we particular like is the ability to show verified purchase reviews from our Amazon store on our website, this gives us a two for one benefit and helps with product launches. Installation was fairly simple. I ran into a small snag and they helped me out pronto. So far a great experience.

Very happy with this reviews app. One feature I would love to see is to automatically send review emails once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Currently, to ensure my customers receive their review email on the day they receive their order I have to manually check all orders delivery status manually, the cross reference with the queue in the Stamped dashboard. This might not be easy to do but would save me an hour a day! Due to the variance in delivery times, simply setting a 10 day period doesn't work best for converting those emails to reviews. Another feature I would like is for customers to be able to update their reviews. for example, if an issue was resolved. I understand these features are coming in the next update!

Support is awesome, usually same day response which really makes a difference. Martin especially is on the ball and great to work with. Easy to follow installation of scripts or they can do it for you for a fee. The platform is designed to navigate with ease and setting up customised emails, branding, styling etc is simple. NO coding required!

Excellent and prompt customer service and support! I'm a solopreneur and still learning this eCommerce thing. Ivan helped me tremendously on setting up the app the way I wanted. Highly recommended!

Stamped.io is the best review platform for Shopify. It gives you many options that other platforms don't have out of the box. Their support has been great as well. When we've had an issue, they took care of it right away.

Update 2: I have come around from 1 Star to giving Stamped a 5 Star review. Number one reason for this change of heart is their fantastic customer service that get back mostly within 24 hours. UPDATE 1: The customer service is pretty much unbeatable. They deserve alone 5 stars. OLD REVIEW: Okay for free, but the basic plan left me wanting for 15 USD per month. Overall I am very surprised that this app is rated so high. So let me start with the most obvious flaw: It says here the basic plan is 9 USD but once you have the app, the basic plan is 15 USD. This carelessness with small details is continued throughout the app. While the customer service is fast, I actually think for downloading or uploading reviews contacting them is an elegant solution. Further, the preview is often faulty or not displayed at all. Some time you get error message that are just blank box. I have submitted screenshoots to their team to look into this, but received no comment which makes me feel they do not care about having such annoying mistakes even towards paying customers. I could go on, but I leave it with that: Good for free, but not recommended for upgrades.

I have found stamped.io to be a brilliant addition to my site. The % of reviews I get went up dramatically when I added this, as it is so easy for customers to use, and allows me to format and personalise emails to match my branding. Would highly recommend (and in fact have done so in some of the business facebook groups I am in)

The customer service from Stamped.io has been next to amazing. Implemented the app today, had some troubles installing it, they logged in and fixed it asap and even helped out with some more advanced things. It's that type of service that is incredible to receive!
