Reviews for Spocket: USA & EU Dropshipping

I want to increase my sales as I have been meaning to start my dropshipping business so I downloaded Spocket. I was able to test it out for a few months with sample orders with my other store and have received my items quick and easy. I am looking to sell more accessories for men so it is my hope that they start bring more suppliers that sells my niche!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I signed up for yearly, but after I contacted them days after signing up to cancel because it didn't fit the right products for my store than I originally thought, they refused to give a refund of the $900 I was charged. How is this fair? I had to cancel and take the entire loss. BE WARNED. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR YEARLY.

I was able to make good business with generous returns and their products are very fashionable and up to date, providing my business the boost it needs! Thank you for your great 24/7 support where my questions and inquiries are addressed promptly! keep up the good work!

Integrating with Shopify and other dropshipping apps like Spocket is helpful. This was easy to navigate..import, push and sell! Just waiting to get sales.

This is the worst dropshipping APP! I would stay far away. I imported their products and had them listed on my site and was getting emails about copyright claims. I reached out to Spocket and they didn't respond. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It is definitely not worth getting sued so I deleted the products.

This is a great platform and very simplified allowing me to easily understand the whole app contents. I love working with them.

This is FAKE, not serious apps, they were putting in their checkout that you have 6/7 days testing and then you will be subscribed..I just discover that they charge me all the year automatically 760euros!! I will see with my bank for fraud payment.

I think is a little high in price for the quality of the products. I order some samples and it was a disaster, thank God it was me and not my customers. I had the premium plan but is not worth it, use the basic plan you will be fine.

I NEVER write reviews but I just had to rave about the customer service I have received from the Spocket staff -- Kim, specifically, is AMAZING!! My customers love the clothes too. A+++

This is the second dropshipping app I've tried and I'm so glad I didn't give up after the first one because Spocket has made it so easy to dropship US products! My store is still small and humble but its been growing month after month and I can't wait to see what it becomes. It took me a while to learn how to import and publish products with the help of the customer service team but if I can do it so can you!

SPOCKET USERS BEWARE - HIDDEN COST ISSUE I am not sure what's everyone else thinking but I just found out there is a "hidden cost" in this app. No one need to pay the hidden cost. For Example: Let's say your customer JOHN buy a shirt "A" cost at $20, the shipping would be around $6.99 & maybe another $2 for each extra shirt. So your cost already at $28.99 for the shirt. JOHN then buy different shirt "B" cost at $10, the shipping for this shirt "B" is at $3.99, your cost is already at $13.99 The messed up part is the shipping cost would be $6.99 + $3.99 (they charge per item) SHIPPING TO THE SAME ADDRESS Other app only charge you flat fee for shipping or depending on the qty, they don't charge you shipping PER item and then the HANDLING cost for additional item to SAME CUSTOMER TO SAME ADDRESS I hope you see this break down and beware of the hidden cost. Your margin would be crazy low and you dont want to mark up so high because your customers can do a single Google search and find it way cheaper elsewhere. Have fun

UPDATE: ( since someone, the CEO? has responded to my review below ) - Their customer service system? Waiting 1 week before someone responds to you? Just read all the 1 stars reviews and you will know how terrible is their customer support service. - Inventory system? Complete BS. Just check a few products and notice the generic inventory numbers on it. They source products from the same suppliers you can find on Aliexpress. Those suppliers don't have stock in the USA. They are waiting for you to place an order and then ship the items to the USA warehouse. - Their automated inventory system it a complete BS and scam. I've reported them to Shopify and they were requested to remove that false claim from their product features. ---- *WARNING* - *FALSE ADVERTISING* - about automated inventory updates and processing times. I've reported them to Shopify and they may take down the app soon. So use this app at your own risk. - On the app page they advertise that they provide AUTOMATED INVENTORY UPDATE, however, this is completely FALSE. They DO NOT UPDATE the inventory automatically at all. They DO NOT have a system in place to do so. They rely solely on their suppliers to update the numbers, and obviously, their suppliers inflate the inventory numbers so you can order first and once you start placing orders they will try to source the products for you. - On most if not 99% of the products listed in this app the inventory numbers are generic. Just check them and you will notice they are all the same like 9998 etc... - we have been tricked into believing that their suppliers have the products in stock, spent a ton of hours setting up the products, ads etc, once we started placing orders they did not start shipping until after 3 weeks, even though they advertise processing time of max 7 days and another 7 days for delivery. So it's been almost 4 weeks and we still have a few orders open. - CUSTOMER SERVICE: they have the worse customer service team, they do NOT provide updates, they do NOT respond within 2 hours or within 24 hours. The last couple of times I messages them, and they responded after 3 days and AFTER I have followed up 3 times.

I has a rocky start, but overall Spocket has been awesome. The customer service has been great and on top of it. The interface is the best I've used compared to other similar apps.

the best app for shopify.. I recommend it to everyone. best quality and variety of products to sell from different suppliers. A must have app. I would say its better than other apps.

They just asked me to review the app for an upgrade. I will have a better review after I actually use it.

i'm a new store owner and looking for a dropshipping app with more features. glad i found this! i love it!

I used this app to find products that were different to what any other dropshipping apps had to offer.

Perfect timmings, better suppliers, nice fees ... I think that this is a nice option working with EEUU and Europe. Also a nice free plan.

The Spocket app has so many choices of products at reasonable prices. It is extremely easy to use so a newbie like me has had no issues adding products to my Shopify store without assistance. Works as intended. Margins are a little smaller due to cost, but products are better quality than other apps.

The app is incredibly easy to use and is by far the best one I have tried. I especially love that Spocket provides genuine sellers!

shipping is my main concern for my online store. love the shipping rates, definetly my ecommerce has benefit from it. awesome work.

I still have to test everything out but so far it looks great! Excited to use an app with high quality products from US suppliers
