02/12/2022 ---I had to give the app another fair go to be able to give a fair and honest review. This app constantly has errors when trying to push products from the import list to your store. It usually happens starting Friday at 4pm est up until Monday morning. The only thing i see good about the app is the filter to filter out the shipping from and shipping to state. besides that it has been a headache for sure. You would think customer service and technical support would be available but it takes days to get some real support. The in app chat is pretty useless ...updated 2/14/2022-- Michael made sure that he did everything he could to resolve this issue. He got my account back up and running correctly and now i am able to import again. Thanks Michael and best of luck to you. I am still going to give Spocket a fair chance once again. As long as shipping times are what they have listed on the different products i think we will do business for a very long time.

Miki was very helpful! I have been trying to locate an order for weeks. She was the only support person to let me know the order was canceled. She also assisted me with determing how to proceed with my customer.

easy breezy! Love it. Highly recommend it. I just started using it and so far I love it. Highly suggest. Update! Bad customer service. They refused to give me a refund, even though I canceled the subscription and uninstalled their app! I will never use them.

DO NOT use SPOCKET app!!! Be careful with this company as it's absolutely fraudulent company with a business plan tailored to SCAM! They are scammers and at that stage when you will decide after cheepest trial that you do not need this App, they will send fake expensive bills to PayPal and will charge you for the whole year. But when you try to recover your money back, PayPal will ask you for more evidence by sending an agreement, which of course you wouldn't have as in first place it doesn't exist and second Spocket anyway never gives any agreement to you. Also, Spocket isn't an honest company and it doesn't follow the Law and Regulations. Spocket is just one of those SCAMMING Apps which try to earn by cheating and at the end of day it will cost too much money to you. Think twice, before even starting to use it!

We changed our whole shop to shopify, it was some work moving 150 products but it was worth it. We should have used shopify right from the start. The combination with spocket is easy and the service is perfect.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about committing to a paid membership at first seeing as the trial was so short and I had yet to get any sales. But thanks to Spencer I decided to give it another try and I'm really glad I did. Firstly, I love that they have 24/7 customer support so I don't have to wait to get my questions answered. Spencer was super helpful from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable regarding Shopify as well as the app (which was great considering I'm new to the platform), and was very prompt in his response time. Not only did he help me solve my problem, but he walked me through it from A to Z in a friendly and professional manner. In addition to that, their prices and profit margins are pretty awesome too. Just wish the free trial was longer, but besides that, I really have no complaints and would recommend this app for any and everyone in the dropshipping business. The products seem to be high quality and the service you get with it is just unmatched.

This app has been mazing for my store. I've been able to source the items I want from the region I desire. The app is very easy to use and edit the items before sending to the store if needed.

I use this app for my shopify store and it's very decent. It's easy to use and very straightforward, I highly recommend it for beginners.
