Decent experience, a bit too complicated catalog for my tastes but overall decent. Not sure I like the fact that delivery times are big..

This app seems like it is really helpful, products just seem a little pricy. They dont have a huge variety of products.

Spocket is a scam. Horrible experiences from the beginning: - It shows that you have to pay an extra fee to talk with vendors. When you pay it, it appears that the chat functionality doesn't actually even work and there is no way to contact suppliers directly. You have to contact suppliers via Spocket chat and it takes more than 4 days to get back to you with an answer if they even get back! And your customers are waiting. - They preview vendors with 5* feedback and 1-2 shipping days. The reality is that the vendors there do not fulfill even an order for a product that shows 1000pcs in stock and the reason is "out of stock"?! And products also go randomly out of stock all the time or just disappear. Please save your time and avoid this platform.

I was trying to juggle between two accounts and Lorena helped me setup one final account and also helped me with transfer of my paid plan. It was very confusing in the beginning however the support system is quick and easy.

Hello, in principle everything is fine even if on some occasions the app crashed but for the moment I can not say more.

I used this App to stock a Shopify store. On the Shopify App store it says, "Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Our mission is to help you start a successful online business. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at any time." Unfortunately, when I tried to cancel, I learned that you may cancel but Spocket will not give you a pro-rated refund or any refund at all. Enough said.

I had some card issues and was kind of freaked out as to what could happen to the items on my store. Prinz went above and beyond to assist me with my issue and has been resolved in due time. I love Spocket not only because of it's capabilities but also because of the people behind it. They are awesome!

i used this app to help build my business, and it was very helpful,very easy to use.i will continue to use it in the future.

Spoke with Spencer from customer service and he resolved my issue quickly. The app however makes you pay an extra $7 monthly fee to talk to suppliers, and some don't have it enabled anyways, which spocket won't tell you until after you've paid
