WoW! I just started diving into the world of drop shipping and with Spocket it makes everything so easy! I highly recommend you look into Spocket before you decide to use anyone else.

This app is a great way to discover new designers. The support staff (Rochelle) is amazing! Very helpful and competent.

Helpful staff - there's always someone to solve a problem. Really love the fact that we can now talk directly to suppliers - sometimes customers requested to return an item or a refund - getting an answer from suppliers could take up to days because of the indirect communication lines. That problem is also now solved. Best dropshipping app + high quality suppliers and products. 100% recommend.

I gave this app 3 stars because although it has a good product selection, it needs work on functionality. Whenever I import a product, the cost of the product does not import over to my Shopify account, so I have to open the Spocket app and do a search for the product to get the cost and then go back to my Spotify account and enter the cost in to see a profit. This is time consuming for each product and not user friendly. I have also had issues when searching for a product where the page will just freeze up every time, causing me to have to go back out and do a search again. For $99 a month, this is not worth the hassle.

This app is great for dropshipping. The customer support is excellent and the app is very easy to use. I like how they have default settings for pricing- set your markup multiplier and go. the only con is the suppliers sometimes come and go with products so you have to do research on them and make sure they will not run out of product.

I love everything about the Spocket App. It'd be appreciated if they allow sourcing of products for every paid customer though. However, their support team is very helpful, calm, and understanding. Shoutout to Russel, your support was greatly appreciated.

Scammer Suppliers claim that they are shipping from the USA when they are not!!!!! Slow shipping and I got 3 angry customers after paying for this expensive app. I AM DONE! Spocket should really MAKE 100% SURE that their suppliers REALLY ARE SHIPPING FROM THE USA. SUCH A SCAM! $300 is all gone!

Great app, nice and easy to integrate products with the store and a much more friendly interface than other apps

Being under the trial period so far I really enjoy the interface this has to offer. The only thing I'd recommend changing is being more tailored to peoples searches as I got a lot of unrelated results to my inquiries. Otherwise I'd give it a full 5 stars. There are some things that need work overall I liked to product descriptions made, but also allowing easy modifying to make it more personal. Offering more available items for brand sponsorship would be beneficial.

I used this app to find products for my hair store. It was so easy that I cannot imagine, how I made it before them.

An expensive app. I asked to downgrade to a basic plan after months of paying $99 per month with no sales, but they keep giving me a hard time. Keep dragging it to another month to make me pay more. I told them there was an error when I tried to manage the bill. They also said all products that I imported would be deleted from the store after downgrading to a basic plan. WASTED ALL MY TIME EXPORTING THE PRODUCT LISTINGS THAT I PAID FOR.

I use this app to search for My products. Its really helping me with my upcoming business. I love it and recommend it ☺️

easy to use ! some and some products are more expensive than oberlo ( aliexpress ) but considering the delivery time, I would pay more to have a better & shorter delivery time, pretty sure my audience will too lol, In addition, using oberlo caused me a headache in finding the best supplier possible... enhance, Customer service made thing much easier to be clarified I talked with jam and she was very helpful, everything was clarified :)

I find this app easy to navigate which a huge selection of products to choose from for dropshipping.

Using this app for amazing shipping times! I can't stress how great this is compared to having customers wait a month+ with other services.

Changing my 2 years old 1-star review - things have changed and even if some sellers are close to be scammers but Spocket kicks them out, others are great and ship very fast. Support is good, I paid for a yearly Unicorn plan (close to $1000) with PayPal and they couldn't figure out how to upgrade my account... very annoying, but they managed! So no complaint.
