I had amazing support from the team, who showed me some features I was missing out on the app. Instagram feed displays beautifully, you can tag your products and it displays your insta captions. Makes it very easy for customers to follow your social media too.

I love being able to show more about my products through my instagram on my personal website. You can even customize things like button colors and showing your own logo instead of instagram to show more of your own brand through Socialhead's customer support!

Niel from Socialhead helped me to customise my widget at lightning speed. And it's for free! He was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this app!

I have been searching for an Instagram Feed for my Shopify store for a while now. I finally settled on Socialhead and I couldn't be happier! Ich habe die App verwendet, um unsere Instagram-Posts auf unserer Webseite darzustellen. Die App ist einfach, gut konfigurierbar und hat einen ausgezeichneten Support. Im Chat konnte das Widget, das die App erzeugt, sogar noch besser an unsere Shopseite angepasst werden. Dadurch fügt sich die App harmonisch in das Seitenlayout ein und erscheint nicht als Fremdkörper.

I was trying to figure out the app and Niel popped up on the support chat and asked if I needed any help making the widget more my theme e.g. colour etc and offered to do it for me. I was very indecisive on the colour but Niel was so patient and made changes as needed. He also offered to help with tagging the products in the posts. Amazing service!

I had a few issues installing the widgets, but Rachel from the team was quick to respond and sorted everything out for me, plus customised the app for me so that the widgets were showing on the pages I wanted. I am really happy with both the app - its appearance and the support available

I use this app to showcase my business's Instagram account. Felix went above and beyond letting me know that button from the app didn't match my website. So he offered to change it for free. Highly recommend this app because its support team is amazing!

We had some problems with our Instagram account, and somehow our feed got disconnected. We didn't even have to reach out for help. Niel from Socialhead contacted us saying he saw there was an issue with our feed, and helped us resolve it right away! Excellent customer service!

This is a really amazing app! Easy to use - added a beautiful Instagram feed to my website. I had one question and they have a chat feature - the nice support person was there in less than a minute helping me. Highly recommended and I love the free option!

I used this app for a basic integration of IG feed into my website, before rolling out further functionality which this app offers on higher packages. Felix was super helpful and responsive in answering my questions.
