We've tested at least 3 apps before deciding to go for Socialhead for our Instagram Feed Widget. We're very happy with it until now! An important feature: It was the only app that had the option to load more posts ("See more" button below the widget). This was a crucial feature for us, as it makes the widget light, but still able to load a lot more posts if needed. Desktop and mobile customisation: This was another killer feature for our case. The app gives you the ability to customize the widget for desktop and mobile separately. This allows you to have a clean look on mobile, by eliminating captions or other elements. Customisation: Although the demo was not the most promising one, the level of visual customisation is incredible and you can adjust many elements, so don't worry about the looks. You can choose which posts to show or you can pin the ones that you want to show at the top - both very useful features. Support: We needed support with some of the features and the Socialhead team was super quick to respond and solve the problem. Very knowledgeable and customer-oriented! Cons: There was only a small downside: we would have liked to be able to filter out new posts by hashtag, but it was not possible. This means that you have to go in the app regularly to hide the new "unwanted" posts.

I use this app to display my IG feed on my website and its really good! Niel is very helpful when I need something changed or any help.

Great app to automatically link to Instagram, or TikTok on the free version. You can also remove posts that might not be relevant to your customers. Customer service is top notch too.....they go the extra mile which is very much appreciated. Thank you so much!...

So far i'm loving this app and the customer service has been so amazing. They literally break everything down so you understand how everything operates.

I could not be more satisfied with this app. The customer support that I received while setting everything up, was just outstanding. Felix contacted me only minutes after I installed the app and made a helpful suggestion. After that he was at my fingertips for a few hours while I was testing everything out. Later in the day Niel took over and he was every bit as helpful and supportive. Whatever tweaks and changes that I wanted to the app, they and/or their team accommodated me. I am not exaggerating when I say that in all the years that I have been in business, I have never had better customer support!

Had some trouble at first because media was suddenly not showing up on the website but was all sorted out thanks to Rachel of the support team! Really really helpful!

The free widget works well. The support was excellent, very fast & efficient, helped me customise for my site.

I used this app to show my Instagram feed on my website. There were some small issues with the compatibility of my Shopify theme, which were fixed almost immediately by Felix and his team. They also made some great suggestions which they helped us implement. The app is super simple and highly recommended.
