I use the free version of this app and I'm very pleased with the functionality of the app and especially the customer service. I couldn't get a few of the features to work properly but within minutes of using their customer service chat function, the features not only worked but Felix on the customer service team also helped me to update the color of the buttons to match my color scheme and alerted me to other free features to enable. When I ran into an issue there, he forwarded me to the proper team members and I have no doubt they will fix the issue as soon as they open tomorrow. Overall I am pleased with the functionality and impressed with the customer service. Thanks so much, Felix! This review is for you!

I see why it's rated so highly. A lot of customization is available making it almost impossible for it not to match the look and feel of your website colour pallet. The biggest thing winner was the implementation was literally dragging and dropping. Support answered within 30 seconds when I had a question and didn't leave until it was fixed. Highly recommend.
