I had asked too many questions to Brandon and he specifically solved each of them, with patience and he even sent me video demos. Totally recommended.

Smile rewards has been a great addition for my customers for years now. Customer support was also super helpful! We had an issue where the code was disconnected and not showing the launcher. Angie on the CS team responded and fixed it so quickly. Thanks!

I've been a paid customer for several months, and I am facing a bug where a customer keeps referring themselves and generating discount coupons. The backend shows that their coupon was blocked but in reality it isn't. I brought the issue to the support team and they simply replied "you can block the customer" and they didn't provide me with any answer in regard to why it was happening in the first place. No accountability in the loss of revenue that we faced. Unsubscribing and uninstalling this app right away.

Tried many different loyalty program apps, smile is the most user friendly one, easy to set up. Also, Joana and Hannah were both super helpful, quick respond and solve my issues :)

This app is 5 stars. I received help and support instantly with all my queries being answered concisely and promptly. I feel that if I ever need help, support is always just a click away. Smile has a great support team. And as for the app, is has everything I need to help grow my business. The app interface is easy to use and well designed, and the features it offers are vast and effective in helping to grow your business. Great app. 100% recommend

Love this app. For a long time, we went without a reward program because, in our search for a rewards partner, all the options were either too expensive or too complicated. Smile is neither, not only is it easy to set up the the user interface is so intuitive that it makes using the app a breeze. The cost is definitely in line with what we would expect to pay for such a great app. Oh and support, phenomenal. I didn't need them for setup and configuration because things just worked. I only had to reach out to them for a workflow question to which they replied super fast. Highly recommend this app.
