Love it - probably the best loyalty program for Shopify that I've had the pleasure of using. We started with Smile, left for Stamped.io, then left for influence.io and we're back on Smile after all that. Didn't know what we lost til we left. They welcomed us back and it's been seamless since. EDIT: Lynn was a rockstar and helped fix our theme issues within a few hours

Customer service is so speedy and helpful

Smile is an excellent loyalty and rewards program app. Angie from the support team was very helpful in getting our program set up. Highly recommend Smile!

I haven't used the app yet, but the customer service prior to install has been outstanding! Happy to find an app with quick, responsive support.

Get app great support really like Smile, it makes me smile when I use it

I thought I had lost my customer's data with all their points but Cole was able to help me recover them quickly! I'm glad I chose Smile over other rewards apps. It's easy to manage and simple to use from the customer's perspective as well.
