I actually had a question about the app and I got directed to a bot, but within 1-minute it actually put me to an actual person, Larry. He was extremely helpful not only answering my questions, but addressing them and resolving them!

Beautifully designed app with lots of functions to engage your clients. Keeps your Shopify website looking professional & tidy after installation. 10/10.

Doesn't work for customers without an email .... so this is useless for a POS where most of my customers don't have an email registered. And poor support ... says "Hi", then no answers after more than 30min. Could at least say that it is not possible to import points for client without an email instead of wasting my time.
