I haven't been using the app for long, but set up was easy and I have a feeling this is going to be huge for us.

The Smile app is great, as is their customer service! Highly recommend. And the loyalty program is great for our customers!

Very easy to set up - I had to use the chat option for help and Maria was very helpful and thorough. I cannot wait for my customers to start using!

You will not believe how easy Smile is to set up with all of the features you want. It took Yotpo a month+ of onboarding and 'designing' a rewards page (that confused our customers, btw). I was happy to make the switch. I exported the points from Yotpo rewards and imported them into Smile. So easy. I gave myself 2 weeks to make the transition, but I did it in an afternoon. Also, I pounded support with TONS of questions before making the switch. David patiently answered all of my questions. He even read my questions before answering...and if you have ever used any support from other apps they don't read the first time and then it just makes the process longer, but not David. I feel like Smile/David are now team members in the marketing machine at http://wodbottom.com

It's a good enough software for what it does, but god help you if you forget that you're being billed and ask for a refund since you stopped using the service. Totally my fault, but yeah, just a reminder that always double check your monthly charges every month so you don't have to ask for a refund and get turned down.

App builds loyalty to your repeat customers and allows flexibility to offer double points or triple points (easy manual adjustment) to reward your customers. 90% of my business is repeat customers so this app really helps me continue with that loyalty & reward and offer discounts based on their continued purchases.

This is perfect is what i am searching for its free and good for conversion rate and your customer will be happier

We are still in the process of building out our site, but the support received before we even downloaded the app was absolutely incredible - especially during the holidays! Customer support was super quick to respond. I even had responses from 3 different people at Smile.io, all making sure my questions were thoroughly answered. Although I cant say much about the functionality of the app quite yet...I can say that installation was really easy, and the customer service alone is worth everything! Give the free version a try and upgrade as you grow...its a no-brainer. Highly recommend!!

Ok, that was ridiculously easy to set up and get running. Free plan is just enough to be very useful and gives us incentive to upgrade eventually as the program starts doing its thing.

My assistant could not have been more helpful! I feel completely supported by these guys as if I have an issue or need access to something I can't get to they sort it, with pleasure. We are so pleased knowing that we really do have the best Rewards Program and the very best staff working at that program!
