VERY easy to use! Love being able to give my customers rewards! I was worried Smile would be confusing to use, again super easy to use!

The app itself is pretty awesome, it allows you to customize multiple things, and overall it looks fantastic. I need to say that their customer service is SUPERB, special mention to Nicole here as she walked the extra mile to make sure we were happy and fully set. 200% recommended!!!

I had to downgrade my review because they no longer offer any sort of support. We've been loyal to them for 4+ years and I think we're going to have to look elsewhere

App is functional and customizable. Customer support team is super helpful. It's definitely going to help our brand grow.

Just set up the app, and contacted support and they were so quick to help. I was able to get my setup all completed, achieved what I was trying to do, and now looking forward to seeing the software work.

My site hasn't gone live yet but so far I am really impressed with everything. The app it's self has so many features which is awesome. Also, the customer service has been great so far. I had a question and Larry helped me out super fast. So far, my only gripe is that there isn't a rewards page template like Yotpo has. It would be nice if they offered one so I could have a rewards explanation page in addition to the lovely popup that they already have. I know I can create one but as a new user this is easier said than done. Overall though, this app has been great and the customer service has been killer!

Their customer service team is very helpful and the response time was really fast. With the help of their Tech Support team, I was able to figure out a solution to the issue I was having. So far, my experience with this app, has been great! I would recommend.

This so good for upselling! Immediately after installing this app, i had at least an increase in 40% of sales!

The Smile app is a great addition to our site and has allowed us to extend our instore rewards program to our customers online, including linking the instore and online experience via the API. The backend is easy to use, can be branded as needed and i feel i have more control over our rewards programme than before.

I have been using this app but seems the upgrade plan price is high , beyond the average rewards program. Even so, I could not send point reminder emails in the free plan thus by now it seems not doing much help for my flower business at the moment.

Great free features - amazing customer support. Was able to setup a rewards program in a day, and make the edits I needed to very quickly. Have not needed to upgrade yet but may do so for the email integration.

Smile is a great rewards system and our customers love getting points! It's very easy to understand.

This app was very easy to set up and I love that it is hands off. Once customers sign up smile handles all the rest including creating and sending discount codes.

The free version covers all the basics and works seamlessly with our store, and the support team is very responsive. The only thing I would change is the pricing - I would have loved the ability to connect it to an app to reward customers for reviews, but 49 USD/month is a bit outside our budget right now. I'd have preferred a lower fee for the first tier even if it meant not having the free version. But can highly recommend it and it works as expected.
